Kosuke OTA Player Comment
"To all those who love FC Tokyo. I have decided to transfer to Nagoya Grampus. I am deeply sorry to leave the team at this time when we are leading the league."
Joined in 2012, being able to play in the blue and red uniform at Ajinomoto Stadium for 6 and a half years has been a great treasure in my soccer career. Every happy and regretful moment in those 6 and a half years is a valuable asset to me.
I am grateful to have received the utmost recognition from Tokyo, and I have both the desire to continue playing with my beloved teammates at my beloved club, and the desire to challenge myself in a new environment. However, as time went on, my desire to grow as a player and to be on the pitch became stronger, and I have decided to challenge myself in a new environment.
I am proud to have shared irreplaceable moments with the best fans, supporters, players, and staff. And I am grateful beyond words to the great blue and red fans and supporters who always support us players.
It was a difficult decision, but I want to use what I learned at FC Tokyo in my future life.
Thank you very much for the past 6 and a half years.
