Due to the lack of appropriate guidance and information for customers regarding the waiting area, wait times, and entrance, it took a long time to enter in the rain.

・We apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused due to the inability to control smooth entry and waiting lines.

 

Cause

・There was a shortage of staff deployed for queue management.

・There was no sharing of information among the guide staff.

・The management was not able to predict the environment.
