I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for beginners who want to do just that.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each course.
・Warm-up (We will loosen up our body and mind while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on the basics of stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we learned in Training 1)
・Game (Small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
*This is a beginner-friendly class, so the main focus is on basic training. Also, even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

(Currently obtaining JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and adult futsal classes for ladies and beginners, as well as the advanced class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches in the development department will be in charge (depending on the schedule, the assigned coach may change).
Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)

・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (2,200 yen in full) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.
