FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer and Futsal Class in Musashino-En" in November. The venue is the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.

It has become a season where we often feel chilly, and we can sense that winter is approaching!
This is a beginner's class for those who want to move their bodies, have fun kicking a ball, and learn the basics of soccer. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

Other coaches from the development department will be in charge (the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule). Additionally, coaches from the development department may participate unexpectedly.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* Changing rooms are available.
