We have received many opinions from everyone regarding the waiting line on the day of the match, and we have decided to change the operation method for the following two matches.
Regarding the waiting line for admission, we are currently facing issues such as pre-seating and illegal parking, as well as cutting in line, which has caused inconvenience to everyone. As a club, we have been exploring ways to solve these problems, and have decided to implement a lottery system and use it as a reference for next season's operations. Thank you for your cooperation.
(1) Match
・11/23 (Sat) vs Shonan Bellmare (2:00pm Kickoff/Ajinomoto Stadium)
・11/30 (Sat) vs Urawa Reds (2:00pm Kickoff/Ajinomoto Stadium)

①How to determine the order
Lottery system by advance application
※Only SOCIO members are eligible. For non-SOCIO members, everything remains the same as before.
②Application Method
・Applications will be accepted through the website. (Details will be announced at a later date)
※Registration of J-League ID and linking with SOCIO number (One-Touch Pass ID) are required for application.

・When applying, please register the following information: ①SOCIO number of the representative, ②name, ③number of accompanying people (up to 5 people, limited to priority entry), ④entrance gate.
※Only the representative should apply. If the accompanying person also applies as a representative and tries to line up with the representative's early number, it will cause a missing number during the line-up process and take time to confirm, causing inconvenience to those around you, so please refrain from doing so.
※Accompanying people are limited to those eligible for priority entry. However, one elementary or junior high school student who is not eligible for priority entry can accompany one SOCIO member.
Application Period
10:00 on the 5th day before the match to 23:59 on the 3rd day before the match
＜Lottery Results＞
We will send the ticket number to the email address registered with J.League ID at 12:00 on the day before the match.
※ Please make sure to set up your email to receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp". We will not resend emails as a rule.
Method for organizing column ③
・We will start organizing the line 1 hour and 30 minutes before the opening time of SOCIO. At this point, please gather everyone, including accompanying people.
※Numbers of those who have not arrived at this point are invalid and not eligible. Also, if there are missing numbers during column organization, it will take time to confirm and inconvenience those around you, so please be sure to participate.
・The meeting place for organizing columns will be as follows. Please enter the venue from the "West Gate". Also, please be careful as the meeting place (A)(B) may differ depending on the organization number.
(3) Other
① The main SOCIO priority gate will open 5 minutes after the SOCIO opening time, so please be aware of this in advance.
②Those who are not participating in the lottery system can enter from the end of the waiting line for those participating in the lottery system.
③There is usually a 15-minute gap between SOCIO entry and general entry, but depending on the situation, general entry may be expedited if the SOCIO waiting line ends smoothly. Please be aware of this in advance.
