Regarding the entry waiting lines on match days, we have received feedback from many of you, and we will change the operational methods for the following two matches.
Regarding the waiting line for entry, we are currently facing issues such as the placement of pre-sheets, problematic parking, and interruptions in the waiting line, which has hindered smooth operations and caused inconvenience to everyone. The club has been exploring ways to resolve these issues, and we are considering adopting a lottery system as a reference for the operational methods for the next season. We appreciate your cooperation.
(1) Target Match
・11/23 (Saturday, holiday) vs Shonan Bellmare (2:00pm kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium)
・11/30 (Sat) vs Urawa Reds (2:00pm kick-off/Ajinomoto Stadium)

①Method to determine the order
Lottery system by pre-registration
*Only SOCIO members are eligible. Those who are not SOCIO members will continue as before.
② How to Apply
・Applications are accepted via the web. (Details will be provided later)
* Registration of a J.League ID and linking with a SOCIO number (One-Touch Pass ID) is required for application.

・ When applying, please register ① the SOCIO number of the representative, ② name, ③ number of accompanying persons (up to 5, limited to priority admission eligible persons), and ④ entrance gate.
* Only the representative should apply. Even if entering together, the accompanying persons must be registered as representatives. Trying to line up with an earlier number will cause gaps in the queue, resulting in delays during line organization and inconvenience to others, so please refrain from doing so.
* Accompanying persons must be eligible for priority admission. However, accompanying elementary and junior high school students who are not eligible for priority admission are allowed up to one per SOCIO number.

From 10:00 five days before the match to 23:59 three days before
<Lottery Results>
On the day before the match at 12:00, we will send the order number to the email address registered with your J League ID.
* Please ensure that you can receive emails from the address "@fctokyo.co.jp". As a rule, we will not resend emails.
Method for Organizing Rows ③
・Queue organization will begin 1 hour and 30 minutes before the SOCIO gate opening. At this time, please ensure that everyone, including companions is gathered.
※The numbers of those who have not arrived at this point are invalid and excluded. Additionally, if there are missing numbers during the queue organization, it will take time to confirm, causing inconvenience to those around you, so please make sure to participate.
The meeting place for line organization is as follows. Please enter the venue from the "West Gate." Also, please be aware that the meeting places (A) and (B) differ based on the organization number.
(3) Others
① The SOCIO priority gate on the main side will open 5 minutes after the SOCIO opening time, so please be aware of this in advance.
Those who are SOCIO and do not participate in the lottery system can enter from the end of the waiting line that is participating in the lottery system.
③Currently, there is a principle of 15 minutes from SOCIO entry to general entry, but if the SOCIO waiting line ends smoothly, general entry may be expedited depending on the situation. Please be aware of this in advance.
