16 teams (excluding second teams of Premier League teams) from the top 9 regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Hokushinetsu, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) of the 2019 Prince League for JFA U-18 Soccer, the Takamado Cup.
Hokkaido: 2 teams, Tohoku: 2 teams, Kanto: 3 teams, Hokushinetsu: 2 teams, Tokai: 1 team, Kansai: 1 team, Chugoku: 2 teams, Shikoku: 1 team, Kyushu: 2 teams
The number of teams participating in each region is determined by the performance points in the 2nd division of the 2019 Prince League for the Prince League teams (excluding the second teams of Premier League teams).
□Tournament Format
16 teams will be divided into 4 groups and compete in a knockout tournament to determine the winner of each group, for a total of 4 teams. These 4 teams will earn the right to participate in the 2020 High School Prince League.
