FC Tokyo will also hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in January 2020. The venue is the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium."
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.

* The super beginner class is intended for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are kindly asked to refrain from participating.

The reception for Part 2 will begin as soon as Part 1 is finished. You cannot enter until Part 1 is over, so please wait in areas other than the spectator seats or gym.
□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows:
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics = stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what we did in Training 1)
・Game (Small-sided games, such as 5 vs 5)
* This is a class for beginners, so the focus is on basic practice. It is also safe for those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before to participate.

Other coaches from the development department will be in charge (the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule).
Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*If you miss the 17:00 deadline the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful. Also, in case of no-show without notice, you may be refused in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid during your next participation.

Application Deadline
Until December 24 (Tuesday) 23:59 *Due to the year-end and New Year holidays, the deadline is earlier than usual.
* After the deadline, there may still be availability, so please check by phone (03-5600-4441) once.
If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The lottery results will be notified by email by Dec 26 (Thu).

【About Waiting List】
For those who were not selected in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
