We would like to inform you that the system switch for annual tickets and club support members, which was conducted on January 28 (Tuesday) at 17:00, has been completed, and we have resumed accepting applications.
The changes associated with the system switch are as follows.
□Changes
(1) A J.League ID is required for application and membership procedures. After payment is completed, the J.League ID and One-Touch Pass ID (SOCIO number or club support member number) will be automatically linked.
(2) After the deposit is completed, we will notify you of your One Touch Pass ID via email within one hour of your application. From the moment you receive the email, you will be able to take advantage of member benefits such as early access to sales and member pricing.
The club support member card and other items will be delivered within approximately two weeks after the payment is completed.
□ Information about Membership Number
(1)Those who applied by Jan 28, 2020 (Tue)
will receive their membership number for the 2020 season via email on Feb 3 (Mon).
(2)For those who applied on or after February 3, 2020 (Monday)
Your membership number will be included in the payment completion email, so please check that after your procedure.
For those who applied for Club Support Membership by Jan 28 (Tue), 2020, and whose payment is made after Jan 29 (Wed),
we will inform you of your membership number for the 2020 season via email by Feb 12 (Wed).
□Important Notes Regarding Application
・You can link a maximum of one SOCIO number and one club support member number per J.League ID (limited to the same individual). If each family member is a member, one J.League ID is required for each person.
・You can register for a J.League ID even with the same email address as long as the "J.League ID" does not duplicate.
・The J.League ID registration details will be the same as the registration details you provided upon joining. If you update either of the registration details, the other registration details will also be automatically updated.
If you need to change your registration details, such as the shipping address, before your SOCIO card or membership card arrives after applying, please contact us with the changes at the relevant email address without changing the registration details on your My Page.
