Compensation
・Development Department Coach: Commissioned Contract
・Assistant Coach: Part-time Contract
※Renewal every year starting from the next fiscal year
※Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors.

Eligibility
・High school graduates up to 30 years old, both men and women
・Regular driver's license, JFA Official Class C coach or Futsal Class C or higher is desirable

Selection Schedule
・First Selection: We will conduct document screening. Those who pass the first selection will be notified of the date and time of the second selection (instructional practice and interview).
・Secondary selection: We will conduct a practical instruction examination. After the practical instruction examination is completed, we will make a final decision on the successful candidates through a final interview.
・We plan to provide a one-month training program for those who are hired.
