To all 2020 SOCIO Club Support Members

This is a notice regarding the delivery date of the SOCIO card, membership card, etc., for everyone who has applied for an annual ticket and club support membership.

【Notes】
The schedule is enclosed, but please note that it is based on the schedule as of January 29, 2020, due to shipping circumstances.
Changes from the enclosed schedule
1. Regarding the schedule for the group stage (Group F) of the AFC Champions League 2020, as announced by the club on February 4 (Tuesday), the date for the third match against Shanghai Greenland Shenhua Football Club has been changed to May 27 (Wednesday).

□Regarding the delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows, so thank you for your understanding. If you have applied for club support membership at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.

▷For those who applied from the start of recruitment to May 5 (Sun)
⇒Shipped on Jun 6 (Fri)

▷For those who applied from May 6 (Mon) to May 23 (Thu)
Shipping from February 14 (Friday) to February 17 (Monday)

Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.

For those who apply after the above, the delivery will be at the venue of the home games of the Meiji Yasuda J1 League after the match against Yokohama F.Marinos on 2/29 (Sat). Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your annual ticket due to congestion on the day of the match, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

□About Delivery for Club Support Members
We plan to ship on the following schedule, so thank you for your understanding.
* For those who selected the "Big Shoulder Bag" as a membership commemorative item for middle-tier memberships and above, we will send the complete membership set in two separate shipments. Please note that due to postal circumstances, they may not arrive at the same time.

▷ Those who complete payment by January 13 (Monday, public holiday)
⇒ Shipping will begin sequentially from February 7 (Friday)
* Even for those at the same address, delivery may be delayed by a few days depending on shipping conditions.
If you do not receive it by Feb 14 (Fri), please contact the inquiry below.
