To all 2020 SOCIO Club Support Members

This is a notice regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership cards for those who have applied for annual tickets and club support membership.

【Notes】
We have enclosed a schedule, but please note that it is as of January 29, 2020 due to shipping convenience.
<Changes from the enclosed schedule>
①Regarding the schedule for the group stage (Group F) of the AFC Champions League 2020, as announced by the club on February 4 (Tuesday), the date for the third match against Shanghai Greenland Shenhua Football Club has been changed to May 27 (Wednesday).

Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, please see the following. If you are also applying for club support membership at the same time, we will send it together with the annual ticket. If you are not applying at the same time, it will be sent separately.

▷For those who apply from the start of recruitment to January 5 (Sun)
⇒Shipped on February 7 (Fri)

▷For those who apply from January 6 (Mon) to January 23 (Thu)
⇒Shipped on February 14th (Friday) to 2/17 (Monday)

※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notification slip in your mailbox, etc. Please contact the phone number listed on the notification slip and arrange for redelivery.

For those who apply after the above, the ticket will be handed out at the home game venue of Meiji Yasuda J1 League after the 2/29 (Sat) Yokohama F.Marinos match. However, on the day of the match, there is a possibility that it may be crowded to receive the annual ticket, so please understand in advance.

About Club Support Member Delivery

※For those who have selected the "Big Shoulder Bag" as their middle or higher membership commemorative goods, we will send the membership set in two separate mailings. Please note that due to postal circumstances, they may not arrive at the same time.

※Even for those with the same address, the arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
