In the past, we have not made clear arrangements for the waiting line before the opening of the venue. In order to improve this, we have verified and considered the operation method on a trial basis last season, but we apologize for the inconvenience caused to everyone due to the unfamiliarity. We apologize again. Based on these, from February of this year, the waiting line will be operated and implemented in the following manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Regarding the handling of ② after the opening for SOCIO free seats, we have changed the time for re-gathering after moving to the waiting line area.
<Before Change> Please return to the waiting line at least 1 hour before the opening time of SOCIO.
After the change, please return to the waiting line 30 minutes before the opening time of SOCIO.

1. Implementation Method
(1) For SOCIO General Admission
① Before entering Ajinomoto Stadium (hereinafter, before opening)
・The order of entry for SOCIO members will be determined by gate (North, Back).
・The only valid way to secure a spot before opening is by using a PET bottle.
・The time to secure a spot is from 22:00 two days before the match.
Example: For a match with a kick-off at 14:00 on Feb 29 (Sat), from 22:00 on Feb 27 (Thu).
Any spots secured before this time will be invalid.
・The location will be at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" on the stadium premises. (See the diagram for the PET bottle storage area)
・Please follow the instructions of the security guard when setting up the PET bottles two days before the match.
・Reserved seating with PET bottles will be implemented to determine the order of entry at the time of opening. SOCIO members will still have priority entry even without reserving seats.

※About PET bottles

・Please write the match date, order, representative name, and number of people on the PET bottle. (See the figure and sample photo below)
・Only one PET bottle per person is allowed. If two or more PET bottles are found, the order for all PET bottles will be invalidated.
・Up to 5 people (including the person who set up the bottle) can enter together with one bottle.
・Please note that the club cannot take responsibility for lost or misplaced PET bottles.

②After Opening
・On the day of the match, please gather at the designated time and once you are ready, move to the waiting line area in front of each entrance gate on the Ajinomoto Stadium premises.
・There is no limit to the number of representatives who can gather.
・The meeting time is 9:00 for day games (games with a kickoff before 16:00) and 10:00 for night games (games with a kickoff after 16:00). (The travel time may be shortened depending on ticket availability and weather conditions. We will inform you on our website as needed.)

・After moving to the waiting area, you can leave the waiting line. However, please make sure to return to the waiting line by 30 minutes before the SOCIO opening time. Also, please line up with up to 5 people when returning to the waiting line. (Those who are not present at the time of gathering will be considered invalid)
・If you line up in the waiting line after moving to the waiting area, please line up at the end of the waiting line area.
・Please do not cut in line in the waiting line area.

(2) For designated seat SOCIO members
・You cannot reserve a spot at the main gate before it opens.
・Please line up at the main gate waiting area on the day of the match. In principle, for day games (matches with a kickoff before 4:00 PM), you can line up from 9:00 AM, and for night games (matches with a kickoff after 4:00 PM), you can line up from 10:00 AM. (The travel time may be shortened depending on the ticket sales situation or weather. We will inform you on our website, etc.)

2. Others
・For those who are not members of SOCIO (general public), please line up directly at the waiting area at 9:00 for day games and 10:00 for night games on the day of the match. (The waiting time may be shortened depending on ticket sales and weather conditions. We will inform you through our website, etc. as needed.)
・Please refrain from parking on the street in the neighborhood as it may cause inconvenience.
