We would like to inform you that the inquiry hours by phone will be changed as follows.

Starting today, we will accept inquiries by phone during our regular hours of [Tuesday to Friday (weekdays) 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM].

Regarding telephone inquiries, we will make some changes as follows.
[3/9 Update]
The period for inquiries by phone will be extended until 3/15 (Sunday).
In addition, inquiries regarding '⑤ Soccer and Futsal School and various Soccer and Futsal Classes' will resume phone inquiries starting today (3/9).
[3/16 Update]
The phone inquiry suspension period has been extended until 3/22 (Sun).
[3/19 Update]
The period for inquiries by phone will be extended until 3/23 (Mon).

The inquiry period by phone will be extended until 3/30 (Monday).
Please note that inquiries regarding '⑤ Soccer and Futsal Schools and Various Soccer and Futsal Classes' have resumed by phone from March 9.

Please note that as of today (3/26), we will once again suspend phone inquiries regarding "⑤ Soccer and Futsal School and various Soccer and Futsal Classes," which we resumed on 3/9.

In response to the state of emergency declaration, we are implementing "work from home" for staff as a general rule.
Accordingly, telephone inquiries will also be suspended for the time being.

Regarding inquiries by phone, we will provide information on the official homepage once we have a timeline for resuming.

In response to the lifting of the state of emergency, we will resume phone inquiries from [every Tuesday to Friday (weekdays) 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM].
However, inquiries regarding the soccer and futsal school and various soccer and futsal classes will continue to be handled via email (school@fctokyo.co.jp).

We had suspended phone inquiries regarding the "Soccer and Futsal School and various Soccer and Futsal Classes," but we will resume them starting on 6/22 (Monday).

In response to the lifting of the state of emergency, we will resume phone inquiries on 【Tuesdays to Fridays (weekdays) 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM】.
Inquiries about 'Soccer and Futsal Schools and Various Soccer and Futsal Classes' will resume by phone from June 22 (Mon). (Mon-Fri [excluding holidays] 10:00-17:00)
Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, phone inquiries were shortened, but from July 1, we will accept them as usual from Tuesday to Friday (weekdays) 10:00-17:00.
Please note that inquiries about 'Soccer and Futsal Schools and Various Soccer and Futsal Classes' are accepted from Monday to Friday (weekdays) 10:00-17:00.
We also accept inquiries via email at each address.
