All customers who purchased tickets via QR ticket (paid) will be refunded via 'Postal Transfer Payment Certificate'.
*You cannot use your QR ticket to watch rescheduled matches. If you wish to watch, please purchase a new ticket.
No postal transfer payment certificates will be sent to those who have applied for the invitation QR ticket.

▼Refund Method
A postal transfer payment certificate will be sent to the representative. Please proceed with the refund process at your nearest post office. Please note that due to the impact of other canceled performances and events, it may take approximately 2 to 3 months to send the postal transfer payment certificate. We appreciate your understanding.
The postal transfer payment certificate will arrive in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Office.
Please bring your identification and cash it at the post office.
Refunds will be issued to the address registered with your J League ID.
We are unable to change the delivery address or recipient. Thank you for your understanding.
