We would like to inform you that we have decided to refund the full amount of 2020 season tickets.
Due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection, the restart of the season is still uncertain, and we apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause. We have been considering the handling of annual tickets in this situation. Even if the season resumes, there is a high possibility that the matches will be held without spectators, with a different seating arrangement than usual due to restrictions on the number of attendees, limited cheering, and different stadiums. Therefore, we have determined that we will not be able to provide the rights and services to SOCIO members as originally planned. In addition, considering that many people have concerns about watching matches at the stadium, we have decided to offer a full refund for the annual ticket fee.
Annual ticket revenue is a very important source of income for club management, and in this decision, it was a difficult management decision in a situation where the future of club management is uncertain. In an unprecedented situation worldwide, players and all staff involved with the club are keenly aware of how difficult it is that soccer cannot be played on the pitch as usual. I believe that SOCIO members who have walked with us so far also feel the same way. In a season where we cannot spend it like usual, we have made the above decision because we sincerely want to face it with SOCIO members and continue to walk together in the future.
We will continue to overcome this 2020 season with all of our SOCIO members, and strive to become a strong and beloved team. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and encouragement. Thank you very much.
We are currently considering specific refund methods and will inform you of the details of the refund method and would like to start the refund process.

Please note that there is no need to return the annual ticket set that has already been sent to you. In addition, you can continue to use the advance sale and member prices for home games, as well as log in to your My Page and record your attendance with your SOCIO card. □Refund Decline
In this situation, we have received requests for refund declines from some people. Therefore, we have set up a reception form. We ask that you submit your request for a refund decline by May 24th (Sun) 23:59 using the form below.
Regarding refunds, it is a donation to the club and a gesture of your kindness. As everyone's thoughts and individual situations may vary, we kindly ask for applications only from those who agree.
Regarding refunds and cancellations, we have received many inquiries and requests. Please see the following for additional information.

Q1. Can I enter future matches with my SOCIO card if I cancel my refund refusal?
A1. If the league resumes in the future and there are matches that you can attend, regardless of whether you have cancelled your refund refusal or not, you will need to purchase tickets for the 2020 season and enter with them as a SOCIO member.
Q2. If I cancel my refund refusal, will I receive any preferential treatment such as receiving gifts or being able to obtain tickets for future matches? I want to be able to attend future matches by cancelling my refund refusal.
A2. We do not plan to provide any preferential treatment to those who have cancelled their refund refusal. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, there are various circumstances that people are facing, and we believe it is fair to treat all SOCIO members equally, regardless of whether they choose to cancel their refund or not. Therefore, providing preferential treatment may be seen as encouraging people to cancel their refund, which goes against our intention as a club and may create unequal opportunities for those who are unable to receive such treatment.
Also, even if the environment is available for you to watch the game, the conditions for holding such as the number of admissions are currently undecided, and it is greatly appreciated if you understand that it is not guaranteed how many seats can be secured at this point.
Q3. Is it possible to refund the full amount of the annual ticket fee, or only a portion of the annual ticket fee or a single game?
A3. We only refund the full amount of the annual ticket fee. We are very grateful for your desire to "return something to the club", and we hope that you can see this refund refusal as one of the means to do so. For the club, not only this matter, but also receiving a full refund, purchasing uniforms and goods, joining the club support members, and purchasing tickets after the league resumes will be a very valuable source of income. As each person has their own way of supporting the club, if there is a way that you can agree with, we would be grateful if you could do so within your means.
Q4. I cannot see the future, but if I do not apply for a refund refusal by 23:59 on May 24 (Sun), will I not be able to apply for a refund refusal after that?
A4. After the deadline for refund refusal applications, we will send you information about the procedures as soon as they are ready, so if you can contact us to inform us that you will not proceed with the refund procedure, we will treat it as a refund refusal. However, for administrative reasons, we would appreciate it if you could apply by the deadline of the 24th (Sun) as much as possible.
A new system has been established to provide tax benefits (donation deductions) for those who have chosen not to receive a refund (decline) due to the impact of the new coronavirus this time.
We are also proceeding with the procedures to make this system available for FC Tokyo's annual tickets. We will inform you of the details as soon as they are decided.

(※1) We are planning to sell tickets at the member pre-sale (one week before general sales) and member prices (reserved seats - 300 yen, general admission - 100 yen) that are normally set for regular games. Please note that the seating arrangement may change, so please understand.
(※2) The parking permits that have already been delivered will no longer be valid. We will inform you again once the sale of future pair seats and parking permits has been decided.
(※3)Initially, the postponed match was planned to be held in a separate game, but the SOCIO acquaintances and friends invitation for the 2020 season will not be implemented.

□ Future Annual Ticket Sales
The sale of "2020 Annual Tickets" has ended. In addition, the sale of "2020 Second Half Annual Tickets" will not be available. We apologize to those who were planning to apply and appreciate your understanding.
※If you have not applied for the 2019 season SOCIO and the 2020 season, your SOCIO number and years of continuation will be carried over from the 2019 season when applying for the 2021 season.
※The reissue of the SOCIO card for the 2020 season has also ended.
About Club Support Members
For club support members, we are not providing membership services based on watching games, but we will send benefits sequentially. In addition, the "Home General Admission QR Ticket Exchange Voucher" will be available for use at future games, so we do not currently plan to issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
