From 7/10 (Fri), we will start the annual ticket refund process, so we will inform you.
Refund procedures must be completed by 23:59 on July 31st (Friday). If the deadline is missed, the rights will expire and the refund will be refused.
If you need a certificate for tax deduction, it will only be sent to those who have contacted us in advance. If you need one, please contact socio@fctokyo.co.jp before the deadline. We will send you the necessary certificate for tax deduction at a later date.
If you do not contact us in advance, you will not receive the certificate necessary for tax deduction.

7Oct 10 (Fri) 17:00 onwards, we will send you the necessary emails for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp" in order. Please log in from the URL listed in the email.
The URL provided will vary for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make a mistake when proceeding with the procedure.
Login ID and Password
Please refer to the "2020 Annual Ticket Refund Procedure Guide" enclosed with the Akaaka Communication for details. If you have not received the Akaaka Communication, please contact FC Tokyo.
If you enter your login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please fill out the necessary information and contact us at [Inquiries Regarding Refunds].

If you complete the procedures up to Step 2 on weekdays between 8:50 and 14:30, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
