Since participating in the FC Tokyo soccer school at the age of 10 for about 17 years, I have lived most of my life proudly as 'Kento HASHIMOTO of FC Tokyo.' Since 2018, I have been wearing the number 18, which belonged to Naohiro ISHIKAWA, and while aiming to become a symbol of the team, I have decided to pursue my dream of transferring overseas, which I have had since childhood.
I am truly grateful to the club that supported my dream of challenging myself overseas, and to the coaches who have guided me since I started playing soccer.
Looking back on my time since turning professional, there have been many difficulties, including painful and frustrating moments. However, I was able to overcome everything thanks to the support of my family, teammates, staff, and all the fans and supporters.
I feel very lonely thinking that I won't be able to meet everyone at Kodaira Ground or Ajinomoto, but I want to take on new challenges with the 'FC Tokyo spirit' and 'Blue-Red spirit' that I have cultivated so far!
I will do my best to ensure my performance reaches Japan, so I would be happy if you continue to pay attention to me!
