FC Tokyo Soccer School - Fuchu School Sunday Course has been held for U-5 to 2nd grade elementary school students, but starting from October 2020, we will establish a new "U-4 Class".
Recruitment for the newly established class will be held as follows: ＜August 27, 2020 (Thursday) 10:00～＞.

※This is the school starting from October 2020. (No trial school sessions are available)
※The target age is children born between April 2, 2016, and April 1, 2017.

□Membership Fee
Entrance Fee: 7,000 yen
Monthly Fee: 6,000 yen
Annual Renewal Fee: 7,000 yen (This fee will be incurred at the start of the new fiscal year after joining)
*All prices are excluding tax.
* Schoolware fees are required separately.

Starting from Sunday, October 4, 2020

From Thursday, August 27, 2020, 10:00 AM to Wednesday, September 16, 2020, 11:59 PM * Applications are not on a first-come, first-served basis. If applications exceed capacity, a lottery will be held.

This application is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held.
Regarding the lottery results, we will contact you via the email registered at the time of application by the deadline of Sep 18 (Fri).

After the lottery result email is sent, we will send the membership documents (scheduled to be shipped on Sep 18 (Fri)), so please proceed as soon as they arrive.
《Losers》
After the lottery result email is sent, only those who wish to be on the waiting list will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you when your turn comes, so please wait until then.

・Multiple applications will render the application itself invalid.
・Please note that applications made by methods other than the specified ones above (such as FAX, phone, etc.) cannot be accepted.
・This application is for membership without a trial experience. If you wish to have a trial, please apply from the school trial application page on the FC Tokyo Official Homepage after October 5 (Monday). Please note that if the capacity has already been reached at that time, you will be placed on a waiting list.
