FC Tokyo will be holding the popular "Adult Futsal Class (Beginner Class for Men and Women)" and "Over 50 Futsal Class" in October as well. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class for those people.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
We will be holding an "Over 50 Futsal Class" starting this month, so even those who have been hesitant to play with younger people, please join us for this opportunity!

"Adult Futsal Class (Beginner Class for Men and Women)"
*This class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from participating.
"Over 50 Futsal Class"
*This class is for those over 50 years old. The level does not matter, but we will have fun playing futsal together. This will be a relaxed and easy class, so please refrain from participating if you want to play seriously.

We will proceed in the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our body and mind while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (We will do the basics = stop, kick, and carry)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (for small numbers, 5vs5, etc.)
※This is a beginner-friendly, over-50s class, so the main focus is on basic training. Beginners and those who have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

・Other coaches in the promotion department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)

2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment for participation
・Payment for participation will be made on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) by cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, training shoes, and no spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles and a flat design) if possible.
・We are preparing the ball here.
