FC Tokyo has been considering gradually easing the restrictions on the number of spectators implemented to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus starting from the home games in October.
Based on the situation of the Gamba Osaka and Shimizu matches, where the attendance limit was relaxed to about 12,000 people, we will further relax the attendance limit to approximately 16,000 people (about 35% capacity) starting from the Yokohama FM match on October 24 (Saturday).
In addition, we will begin the installation of visitor seats.
To ensure that fans and supporters who come to the venue can enjoy watching the match with peace of mind, we will continue to comply with and thoroughly implement the league's guidelines for responding to the novel coronavirus infection. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by measures such as temperature checks upon entry, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in strengthening infection prevention measures.
