□Things required of all visitors
(1)Please refrain from attending if it is difficult for you.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If you have close contact with someone who is suspected of being infected with COVID-19, such as a family member or close acquaintance
・If you have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or a post-arrival observation period within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with a resident of such country or region
・If you have a history of testing positive for PCR,
① If you have symptoms, within 72 hours after your symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since your symptoms improved but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② If you are asymptomatic, within 10 days after testing positive for PCR.

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom or shop during times other than just before the start of the game or during halftime, as it may be crowded.

(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※A 100% mask wearing rate is a condition for relaxing the limit on the number of visitors. If you are not wearing a mask, our staff will speak to you, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Children under 2 years old can enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's announcement (6. Regarding pregnant women and children, question 5).
Children over 2 years old are recommended to wear masks, but if they do, parents and adults around them should wear them with full attention to the child's health.
If the person is not feeling well or has difficulty wearing a mask for a prolonged period of time, there is no need to force them to wear it.
If you do not wear a mask, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with your parents to prevent infection.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your hands frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be collected. (Not returnable)

□New items to bring when watching
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.

□Entry and exit to the stadium
(1)Your body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and if it is 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Please note that even if you are refused entry, there will be no refunds. In addition, we may ask for your contact information when refusing entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in a portable bottle or similar container and regularly disinfect your hands from a prevention standpoint against infection.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.
※Please arrive with plenty of time to spare in order to disperse the crowds.
※Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
※Please note that it may take longer than usual to enter due to prioritizing safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for entry according to your seat type. (See the diagram below for reference.)
・Main 3 Gates: Main SS Seats, Main S Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・North Gate 2: Home SG Kan, Home Seats (North Side)
・Back 1 Gate: Back SB Seats, Home Center Seats, 7-Eleven Seats, Back Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・South 1 Gate: Visitor Seats

(5) Re-entry is not allowed.

(6) We will conduct a lap of FC Tokyo players.

□Event and Shops
(1)Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information about the events will be provided on the official homepage and other sources.

(2) Mascots will not perform greetings outside the field or in the concourse.
※Mascot appearance details will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) will be sold.
※Alcohol sales will not be conducted. In addition, bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-returnable)
※Due to expected congestion at the in-venue shops, please bring non-alcoholic drinks and food for the purpose of infection prevention.
※Information on the food and beverage vendors that will be available can be found on the official homepage.

(4) Goods will be sold.
※The participating stores will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(5) No smoking areas are installed inside the stadium.

When lining up at events, food and drink stalls, and merchandise stalls, please be mindful of social distancing and leave space between each other.

□How to watch
(1) During the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without leaving space, moving to the front of the stand to talk to players, moving to a dry spot during rain, etc.).

(2) Wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the "visitors' seats." Cheering for the visiting team (clapping and cheering only) is also only allowed in the "visitors' seats."

Please maintain social distance even outside the stadium and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection such as shouting, singing, and cheering loudly, as well as gathering closely together.

※After 10/17, the use of drums, cheering harisen, and other instruments that can be played in your seat has been approved by the host club, but at FC Tokyo, in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble between visitors, it will continue to be prohibited for both FC Tokyo and visiting teams.

The designated locations for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) have been decided. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. When displaying them, please follow the instructions of the staff.

For infection prevention, we plan to have a time difference for displaying FC Tokyo's banners (flags, banners, etc.). Those who are preparing banners (flags, banners, etc.) should gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" on the stadium premises 120 minutes before the opening.
For those who are preparing in advance, please note that you will not be allowed to enter if your temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher.

Q1. I'm feeling a little unwell, but my temperature is not over 37.5 degrees. Is it okay for me to go to the stadium?
A1. If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending the event, regardless of your body temperature.

Q2. Is there a shuttle bus?
A2. Shuttle buses will be in operation. For details, please check the official homepage or other sources.

Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gate opens?
A3.There is no waiting line before the opening. All seats are designated seats. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the opening.

Q4.Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A4.There are no plans to hold AO-AKA PARK, but a food corner will be set up on the north side plaza and two food trucks will be available. However, alcohol will not be sold.
Business hours are from opening time to the end of halftime, and it will be treated as inside the venue.

Q5. Can I bring in drinks and food containing alcohol?
A5. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. In order to comply with stadium viewing manners, we ask that you refrain from drinking inside the stadium. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q6. Will it not be crowded when entering and exiting?

Q10. How can we get excited when players enter?

Q13. Do we have to be quiet during the game?

Q14. Is it allowed to move seats when it rains or when players approach?

A15. Please follow the guidance (such as floor markings) and maintain social distance while waiting in line at food and merchandise stands, as well as restrooms.
Please avoid using the restroom or shops during the busy times before the start of the game or during halftime.

Q16. Are there any food and drink vendors inside the stadium?
A16.Stadium shops are open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold.

Q17. Is there a merchandise store?
A17. The merchandise store will be open, but the items for sale will be limited.
There are no new products available on the day of the match, so please consider using the official online store.

Q18. Is there a gachagacha?
A18. We sell gachapon, but it is not sold through regular vending machines. Our sales staff will hand you the products directly.

Q19. Is alcohol disinfection installed?
A19. Alcohol disinfection is available inside the venue, but please also bring your own alcohol disinfection if possible.
