"2021 Annual Tickets" and "2021 Club Support Members" will begin accepting applications from Monday, December 14th at 3:00 PM.

Due to changes in seat allocation/pricing for annual tickets, automatic renewal will not be implemented for the 2021 season for both "2021 Annual Tickets" and "2021 Club Support Members".
Also, there are important notes to keep in mind when applying for the "2021 Annual Ticket", so please be sure to check this page and the detailed page before applying and complete the application process on your own.

□Eligible Matches

□Main Changes for the 2021 Season
Change 1: Seat allocation and prices have been changed.
<Seat Arrangement>
※Some areas may not be open for sale depending on availability.
※The standing area (lower level of home general admission) does not require standing.
This is an area where you do not need to tell people who are standing to "please sit down."
*The seat types where you can wear visitor goods and support the visitor team are "Main SS Designated Seat South Side", "Main S Designated Seat South Side", and "Visitor Free Seat". All other seat types are designated as FC Tokyo cheering seats.
＜Price＞We will increase the discount rate per game from the 2020 season!
◇U-18: Under 18 years old (for those born after January 1, 2003)
◇Senior: 65 years old and above (for those born before December 31, 1956)
◇Tickets without prices listed under "General Admission" will not be sold in advance or on the day of the event.
◇Children under school age do not need tickets as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.

□Back Stand Area
①New addition of back general admission seats
②New addition of back center reserved seats
・The 3 blocks of home center general admission seats will expand to 6 blocks, including the upper level area.
・Seats will be changed from general admission to reserved.
③Changes to back SB and SU reserved seats
・The names will be changed.
・The 3 blocks of back SB reserved seats will expand to 6 blocks, and back SU reserved seats will only be available in the upper front section on the north side, excluding back SB reserved seats.
④New addition of south side general admission seats
※With the above changes, "Back Upper General Admission Seats" will be discontinued.
□North Stand Area
①Changes to home SG reserved seats
・Name will be changed.
・All blocks from the 7th block will become the upper front block.
＜Before changing the back stand＞
<Backstand After Change>
For those who purchased "Back SB designated seats" in the 2020 season, we will prepare the same seats in the "Back Center UF designated seats". For those who purchased "Main SS designated seats" and "Main S designated seats", we will also prepare the same seats as usual.
Change 2: We will discontinue the application for "Family ticket type" for all seat types and introduce the "U-18 ticket type" that was introduced in the 2020 season for home free seats.
・U-18 tickets can now be purchased individually from one seat.
・For family tickets, seats occupied by F1 and F2 will be reserved for the 2021 season as well.
※If you wish to purchase seats together with F1 or F2, please enter "F1 or F2 ○○ and same seat request" in the "Remarks" section and purchase with your full name. Please note that if your SOCIO number and full name are not included, we may not be able to reserve the same seat.
・As a "new application," your SOCIO number will be a new number and a new SOCIO card will be issued. The number of years of continuous membership will also start from the first year.

Change ④ Starting February 3, 2020, "J League ID" is required for annual ticket applications.

・Only one set can be applied for with one J League ID.
※Even if you apply for two or more sets under the same name, you will need two or more J League IDs.
・If you wish to change the name of the applicant for annual tickets, please first change the name of the J League ID on the My Page and then apply.
※Name changes cannot be made on the application page.

Notice of Continuation Information
Starting from the 2021 season, we will no longer be sending out continuation information.
Please obtain a J.League ID and complete the application process through our website.
Automatic Continuation
Starting from the 2021 season, we were planning to introduce an automatic renewal system for credit card payments, but due to changes in seat allocation and prices, we have decided not to implement it for the 2021 season. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask that you complete the application process yourself.
□ If the match becomes a "remote match" or a "limited match"
In the event that the "rights※" that were planned to be provided at the time of annual ticket sales cannot be provided for a game, we will refund them all at the end of the season.
※"Rights" refers to...
①The right to enter the annual ticket eligible game
②The right to watch the game from the purchased seat type and seat (in the case of designated seats).
※If there are restrictions on cheering, food and drink, events, etc., they will not be eligible for refunds.
※If all seats become designated seats without seat spacing, we will inform you as follows (planned).
Designated seats: No refunds for regular operation (entry with SOCIO card/watching from your own seat)
General admission: No refunds for J-Ticket 0 yen tickets (entry with QR code (not available with SOCIO card)/watching from secured seat)
The refund amount will be as follows.
(Annual ticket price - Annual ticket operation cost) ÷ Number of annual ticket eligible games × Number of refund eligible games
※We will refund the following price by deducting a flat rate of "5,800 yen" from the selling price as the annual ticket operation cost.
※The operating cost is fixed regardless of seat type/ticket type/number of years of continuous use.
※No need to return for various benefits of annual tickets.
※Refunds will be made by rounding up amounts less than 1 yen.
□About the method of determining reserved seats in the back stand
・You can purchase adjacent seats or consecutive seats. When applying, please enter the name of the person who wishes to sit next to you in the field for "Name of person wishing to sit next to you", and we will prepare a seat next to you.
① "Back Center UF Designated Seat"
During the period when you can continue to use the same seat as the 2020 season (after Wednesday, January 6, 2021), we will prioritize setting the seat position closer to the center line in the order of application.
※Priority will be given to those who have purchased "Back SB Reserved Seats" during the 2020 season to continue using the same seat in the designated Back Center UF seats.
② "Back Center Designated Seat"
The seat location will be in one of three areas within the annual designated seat area, 8-10 (seat numbers "221-236", "241-256", "261-276").
We will prioritize setting the seat position from the area closest to the center line within the desired area (8-10) in the order of application.
③ "Back UF Designated Seat"
We will set the seat position closer to the center line, excluding the back center UF designated seat, in the order of application.
⇙・Reserved seats will be determined by the club, so we do not accept detailed seat reservations at the time of application, and we will determine the seat position based on the above rules.
For "Back Center Designated Seats", we will determine the seat position based on the above rules after inquiring about your desired area shown in the diagram below.
In addition, if you fill in your desired seat location in the "Reserved Seat Request" section and apply, we will do our best to consider and determine your seat location as a club.
※Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, so please understand.
□ About "Pair Seats" Cancellation Waiting List
"Pair Seats" are currently sold out, but if any vacancies occur during the 2020 season, they will be prioritized for those who continue to use SOCIO. If you wish to be put on the waiting list, please indicate so in the Request Column when applying.
□For those who have purchased Corporate Season Tickets
Details regarding the handling of Corporate Season Tickets will be announced at a later date.
