After a break of about three weeks from the Levain Cup Final Round on January 4 (Monday), the 2021 season training camp in Okinawa Kunigami and Itoman will start on January 26 (Tuesday).

In preparation for the league opening on Jul 7 (Sat), we will build our bodies to fight through the long season, wearing new teams and gear.

In pursuit of the long-awaited league title, we will focus on improving individual skills and instilling the team concept through an 18-day camp.

In the training until Jan 29 (Fri), we gradually incorporated higher intensity menus while waking up the body that had been resting.
