This is a notice regarding the delivery date of the SOCIO card and membership card for everyone who applied for the annual ticket and club support member for the 2021 season.

We have enclosed the schedule, but please note that it is based on the schedule as of January 22, 2020, due to shipping circumstances.
Changes from the enclosed schedule
・As announced by the club on February 9 (Wed) regarding the schedule for the group stage of the 2021 J.League YBC Levain Cup, the kickoff time for Sec. 1 match against Tokushima Vortis has been changed from 19:00 to 18:00.

□Regarding the delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. If you have applied for the club support member at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches on March 3 (Wed) against Tokushima and March 6 (Sat) against Cerezo Osaka will be restricted matches, and as previously announced, they will be matches where entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed. Therefore, everyone must purchase tickets themselves and enter the venue, so please be aware.

▷Payment must be completed by January 19 (Tuesday) for those who applied
⇒Annual tickets will be shipped sequentially starting from February 19 (Friday)
* Shipping will be done sequentially, so it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
*If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.
▷For those who make payments after Jan 20 (Tue)
⇒It will be handed over at the venue of home games after the match against Tokushima Vortis on Mar 3 (Wed). Please note that due to infection prevention measures, it may take significantly longer to receive your items, so thank you for your understanding.
We will provide information regarding the date and location of receipt as soon as it is decided to the relevant individuals separately.
