The "Keio Kaku Velodrome (TOKYO OVAL KEIOKAKU)" is a velodrome operated by the Tokyo Eleven Cities Bicycle Racing Business Association, which consists of 11 cities: Chofu City, Hachioji City, Musashino City, Ome City, Akishima City, Machida City, Koganei City, Kodaira City, Hino City, Higashimurayama City, and Kokubunji City. Since opening the velodrome in 1949 along the Tamagawa River in Chofu City, we have received understanding and cooperation from the surrounding community, and this year marks our 72nd anniversary.
