We will be holding a campaign to deliver messages from desired players to 10 selected individuals through a lottery from those who have applied with their parents, limited to club support members. Please see below for details.

We will deliver a video message and a signed autograph board from your desired player to the winners. In addition, the players will answer the questions you filled out when applying in the video message.

Children who have joined the 2021 Club Support Member U-18 and parents who have joined as Regular or above

□How to Participate
・Log in to the dedicated form below and enter your U-18 membership number and Regular or above membership number.
※Please apply with a pair of regular or higher members and U-18 members.
※For siblings, multiple U-18 members can apply as one group for every adult member.
・Please select your desired player when applying.
・In the question section, please write down any questions you have for the player. The player will answer them in the video.
※There are no specific restrictions on the questions, but please limit them to questions that the player can answer.
