All tickets for this match will be refunded.
※All paid tickets and parking tickets will be eligible for refunds.

□Refund method for tickets
We are currently adjusting the refund process for both paper tickets and QR tickets, and will announce the details on the FC Tokyo website by the end of May once they are finalized.

For paper tickets
We plan to offer refunds at the convenience stores (Seven-Eleven stores) where the tickets were purchased.

For QR tickets
We plan to offer refunds through bank transfers using the Pia (Wellnet remittance service). We will send an email regarding the refund process before it begins.

Please keep your tickets safe until the refund method is determined.

□Handling of Resale Tickets
All resale transactions that were completed in this match will be cancelled by April 30th (Friday). Therefore, a cancellation notification will be sent via email to the seller and buyer from J.League Ticket. Please be aware of this in advance.

After the cancellation process is completed, the rights to the QR ticket will be returned to the seller, so the seller will need to handle the refund.
