The refund deadline is until tomorrow, June 30 (Wednesday).
If you have not completed the procedure, please do so as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot respond after the refund period has passed.

For those who have purchased QR tickets and have not yet completed the procedures, a refund notification email will be sent again around June 24 (Thursday) from the address "refundss@pia.co.jp".
Please check the following "A. [Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] for those who purchased QR tickets."

Additionally, for those who purchased paper tickets at the store and have pair seats, if you have not yet issued your tickets, you need to issue your tickets at the store by the end of today.

In accordance with the government's emergency declaration and the J.League's match hosting policy, we would like to inform you about the refund process for tickets to the remote match (no spectators) against Yokohama F.Marinos on May 1 (Saturday).

We apologize for the inconvenience to everyone who purchased tickets in anticipation of the match, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
* All purchased paid tickets and parking passes are eligible for a refund. Please check here for information on ticket handling.
*Please note that the refund method varies depending on the purchase method.
*Please be sure to observe the refund period. Refunds cannot be processed after the deadline, so please be aware in advance.

To everyone who purchased QR tickets at 【Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)】

Refunds for customers who purchased QR tickets will be processed using the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation, and refunds will be carried out by PIA Corporation, which operates J League tickets.
Please check the preparation and procedure steps before the refund starts, and make sure to complete the process by the refund deadline.

<Procedure Before Receiving Refund Notification Email>
1. Please set up to receive emails from the address "refundss@pia.co.jp".
Refunds will start from June 1 (Tuesday) after 10:00. Information regarding the refund process will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
We will send it to the applicable customers in order, so please be aware that the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of acceptance, depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. Please set your email settings to allow the receipt of the notification email, such as by whitelisting the domain.
If you have blocked emails with URLs, please adjust your settings to allow them.
* There is a possibility that it may be automatically sorted into the spam folder on the mail server. Please check any other folders you may have, as it may be stored in folders other than the ones you normally use.
If you do not see the refund notification email after June 2 (Wednesday), we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here.
When contacting us, please specify the 【J League ID/User ID (ID required for refund match date)/Match card】.
Inquiries from customers will be responded to sequentially between 11:00 and 17:00 on business days of PIA Corporation (excluding weekends, holidays, and other holidays such as Obon and New Year).

<About the procedures after receiving the notification email>
Please check as you will receive two emails regarding the refund.
1st message: Notice of required ID and password for refund (See 2. Information on ID and password required for refund below)
2nd message: Notice of URL for refund procedure (See 3. Information on URL for refund procedure below)


2. Information on ID and Password Required for Refund
As soon as the refund is ready, we will send the ID and password required for the refund to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
* The ID and password required for the refund will be valid for this time only. Please note that you cannot log in with your J League ID.
*If you purchase tickets multiple times, an ID and password will be issued for each purchase.
* Please note that your login ID and password will be locked after three incorrect attempts.

3. Information on the refund procedure URL
After the information regarding the refund ID, a URL for the refund procedure will be sent from "refundss@pia.co.jp".


4. After logging into the refund-only URL, please register the account information for the refund.
After logging in with the received ID and password in "2. Information on ID and password required for refund", please register the bank account information for the refund.
* Please make sure to check that there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".
*If the procedure deadline has passed, we will not be able to process refunds. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.


5. Please confirm your deposit.
"4. After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register your bank account information for the refund." We will deposit the amount equivalent to the ticket purchase price into the registered bank account.
If you complete your procedures by 8:50 to 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.

For those who purchased paper tickets at the ticket counter of FC Tokyo (J League Ticket) and for those with pair seats

Customers who received their tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) should bring the tickets to the register of the store where they were issued for a refund.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is printed on the lower part of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not allowed.)

Customers who have not yet issued tickets with credit card payment should issue them at the store once.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 AM the day after ticket issuance.
* Refunds for tickets without stubs cannot be processed, so please handle them with care.
* Refunds will be for the ticket price, system usage fee, and issuance fee.
*Please note that the payment processing fee is not eligible for a refund.
