The event on 7/24 has been canceled due to the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Men's and Women's Super Beginner Class)" and "Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class" in July 2021.
The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
For those who want to try kicking a ball, learn the basics of futsal, and enjoy playing futsal, this is a futsal class for complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

□Name
"Adult Futsal Class (Men's and Women's Absolute Beginner Class)"
* The super beginner class for both men and women is aimed at those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are kindly asked to refrain from participating.
"Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class"
* The Over 50 class is aimed at men aged 50 and over. There are no level requirements, but participants will enjoy playing futsal together. It will be a relaxed and easy class, so those who want to play seriously are kindly asked to refrain from participating.
* The women's only class is open to anyone aged 18 and over, but those over 50 will train and play games separately by gender, although the content will be the same.

Super Beginner Class for Men and Women: Men and women aged 18 and over who are complete beginners
Over 50 Futsal Class: Men aged 50 and over (please refrain if you are competitive)
Women Only Class: Women aged 18 and over (no level restrictions)
*Only those who can hold a spirit of respect for each other are allowed to participate.

Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection and natural disasters, there is a possibility that events may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, there will be no rescheduled dates.

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows:
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics = stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what we did in Training 1)
・Game (Small numbers, such as 5 vs 5)
* This class is for beginners, targeting those over 50 and women, so the focus is on basic practice. It is also safe for those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before to participate.

Note: Usually in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (Friday), Nishikasai (Tuesday), Eifuku Gymnasium (Thursday)) and the adult futsal class Advanced (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the Eifuku Gymnasium futsal class.
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge.

Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) via cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation-related electronic money can be used.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*If you miss the 17:00 deadline the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful. Additionally, in the case of no-show without notice, you may be refused in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

*After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received the confirmation email, you will not receive the acceptance or rejection email, so please ensure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp".

*If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The results of the lottery will be sent via email by the following Friday after the deadline.

□About Waiting List
For those who were not selected based on the first-come, first-served results and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct a lottery again only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.
□ About Facility Use
【Important Notes from the Facility】
・We will check your health status, including measuring your temperature upon entry.
・Please fill out the visitor registration form for COVID-19 infection control (name, contact information, facility used, etc.)
・We ask all visitors to wear masks.
Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gym.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes cannot enter.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff.

・If you have a fever
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., cough, sore throat, taste symptoms, etc.)
・If there are suspected infected individuals among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
【About the Use of Changing Rooms】
・When using the lockers, please maintain distance to avoid close contact with others.
- Showers are available, but there is a limited number. (There may be restrictions due to infection prevention measures)
・Please refrain from conversations between users
・Please follow the instructions of other facility managers.
□Others
・Please be sure to bring drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with any shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
・During check-in, we will disinfect the soles of your shoes, so please cooperate.
・The ball is prepared here.
We will use your personal information such as your address and name for contacting you regarding this matter and for providing information related to FC Tokyo.
・We kindly ask for your cooperation in not making inquiries at the gymnasium.
