The event on 7/24 has been cancelled due to the rapid spread of the new coronavirus infection.
FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Male and Female Super Beginner Class)" and the "Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class" in July 2021.
The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class for those people.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

"Adult Futsal Class (Co-ed Beginner Class)"
※The "Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class" is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from participating.
"Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class"
※The Over 50 Class is for men over 50 years old. The level does not matter, but we will have fun playing futsal together. This class is relaxed and easy, so please refrain from participating if you want to play seriously.
※Women-only classes are open to anyone over 18 years old, but for those over 50, training and games will be separated by gender, although the content will be the same.

Men and women super beginner class: Men and women over 18 years old who are super beginners
Over 50 futsal class: Men over 50 years old (please refrain from those who are competitive)
Women-only class: Women over 18 years old (level does not matter)
※Participants must have a spirit of respect for each other.

Beginner class: 16 people
Over 50 class: 10 people
Women-only class: 6 people
※If there are a large number of applications, there will be a lottery (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants)

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following flow:
・Warm-up (loosening the body and mind while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (based on stopping, kicking, and carrying as the foundation)
・Training 2 (applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with a small number of people, such as 5vs5)
※This is a beginner-friendly class for those over 50 and women, so basic practice is the main focus. Even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Payment for participation
・Payment for participation will be made on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) through cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The results of the lottery will be announced by email by the following Friday after the deadline.

□ About waiting list
If you have applied for the waiting list among those who were not selected in the first-come-first-served results, we will conduct another lottery here only when there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.
Facility Usage
[Facility Notes]
・We will check your health condition, such as measuring your body temperature, when entering the facility.
・Please fill in the visitor list for COVID-19 infection prevention measures (name, contact information, facility used, etc.)
・Please wear a mask for all visitors.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gym.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes cannot enter the building.
・Please follow the staff's instructions.

[About Use of Changing Room]
・When using lockers, please keep a distance from others to avoid close contact.
- Showers are available, but there is a limited number. (There may be restrictions due to infection prevention measures)
・Please refrain from having conversations between users.
・Please follow the instructions of other facility managers.
Other
・Please make sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, training shoes, and no spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles and a flat design) if possible.
・Please cooperate as we will disinfect the soles of your shoes at the reception.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Personal information such as your address and name will be used for contacting you regarding this matter and providing information related to FC Tokyo.
・Please refrain from making inquiries at the Eifuku Gymnasium.
