Regarding spectator etiquette for the 6/27 (Sun) Oita match

In the case of a super strict security system and a strict security system during matches, in addition to the J-League common spectator manners and rules, we will also prepare in accordance with the J-League New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines that have been newly established as a measure against the new coronavirus infection.

There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly depending on the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions of each local government.

※Construction related to the preparation for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics has already begun. We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused by areas that cannot be accessed or leftover equipment and materials. Thank you for your understanding in advance.



□Things required of all visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if:
・You are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・You have a family member or close acquaintance suspected of being infected
・You have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or a post-entry observation period within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with a resident of such country or region
・You have a history of positive PCR test results
①If you have symptoms, within 72 hours after your symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since your symptoms improved but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
②If you are asymptomatic, within 10 days after a positive PCR test result.
(2) Please refrain from handshakes, hugs, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering or exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Especially before the start of the game or during halftime, the restrooms and shops may be crowded, so please try to use them at a different time if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times in the stadium.
※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear a mask as a preventive measure against infection.
※If you are not wearing a mask, our staff may ask you to do so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
※Children under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that children over 2 years old wear a mask, but if they do, please make sure that the parents and other adults around them pay close attention to their health. If the child is not feeling well or it is difficult for them to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If the child is not wearing a mask, please cooperate with the parents in following other infection prevention measures, such as social distancing.
※If you need to remove your mask due to heat stroke prevention, please be sure to maintain social distance and practice cough etiquette.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize them frequently.
※For infection prevention, please bring hand sanitizer (in a portable bottle, etc.) if possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the stadium is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated (cannot be returned).


□ Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

Entrance and Exit to the Stadium
(1)Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and if it is 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Please note that even if you are denied entry, there will be no refunds. Also, in some cases, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in a portable bottle or similar container and regularly disinfect your hands from a prevention standpoint against infection.
(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.
Please do not form a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The opening time is usually 90 minutes before kickoff, but it may change, so please check the FC Tokyo Official Homepage.
※Please arrive with plenty of time to spare in order to disperse the crowds.
※Please note that it may take longer than usual to enter due to prioritizing safety.
(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid crowding. (See the diagram below)
・Main 3 Gates: Main S Reserved Seats
・North Gate 2: Home UF Designated Seat, Home Seat
・Back 2 Gate: Back Center UF Designated Seat, Back Center Designated Seat, Back UF Designated Seat, Back Seat, South Side Seat, Pitch Side Seat


(5) Re-entry will be conducted using the following method.
①Please make sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At gate ②, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket to receive a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be able to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 4, Back Gate 3 (see diagram above)
Re-entry time: From opening (scheduled for 17:30) until halftime
(6) There will be no restrictions on exiting, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of infection by adjusting your time, etc.
※Please also leave enough space between you and those around you when leaving the field, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

□Event and Shops
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information about the events will be provided on the official homepage and other sources.
(2) Greetings by the mascot outside the field and in the concourse are not allowed.
※Mascot appearance details will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
(3) Food and drink (excluding alcohol) will be sold.
※Alcohol sales are not conducted. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Not returnable)
※Information on the food and beverage vendors that will be available will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Goods will be sold.
※The participating stores will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
(5) No smoking areas are installed inside the stadium.

□How to Watch
(1) All seats are reserved. During the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without leaving space, moving to the front of the stand to call out to players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).
(2) There are no visitor seats available. Please note that visitors cannot enter the stadium to support their team. Also, wearing visitor team uniforms or merchandise and cheering for them is not allowed, so please be aware of this beforehand.
(3) Even outside the stadium, please maintain social distance and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as shouting, singing, and gathering closely together.
(4) In groups of 5 or more, it is possible for adjacent verbs to sit at the discretion of the host club (if the front and back rows are left empty). However, at FC Tokyo, we continue to maintain distance between seats to prevent overcrowding and avoid conflicts between visitors.


□Support Style

The following actions are prohibited.
・Inciting support
・Using megaphones, including Tramega
・Playing drums and other instruments
・High fives, shoulder hugging
・Support using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that may inconvenience other customers
・Watching the game while standing
※Applause and hand clapping are allowed.
※The use of drums, support harisen, and other instruments that can be played in your seat may be allowed at the discretion of the host club, but at FC Tokyo, in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble between visitors, these actions will continue to be prohibited for both FC Tokyo and visiting teams.

□Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations are designated. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

【Banner Display Time】
For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that even those who have made prior preparations will be subject to temperature checks. If your temperature is above 37.5 degrees, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gate is opened.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
※ The use of gum tape when attaching banners is prohibited.


□ Impact of Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics preparations
There will be construction and restricted areas around the stadium perimeter, concourses, and stands. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes in regular match operations and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Outside the Stadium】
・Restrictions on Use of Ajipanda Square
You cannot pass through Ajipanda Square.
・Part of Onigiri Maruhiro Square Usage Area Restrictions
AO-AKA PARK will be held, but there are some restricted areas where entry is prohibited.
It is possible to pass through from the East Gate to the West Gate, but there are some narrow areas.

・Restrictions on use of north parking lot
General use for today's game is not available.

・Main Gates 1 and 2
Equipment for use at the Olympics is installed here.
・Main side M7-9 entrance, next to back 2 gate slope

SS reserved seats are not available for sale.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
In games with a limit of 5,000 people, shuttle bus services will not be available. Please use regular bus services.

Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. Seven food trucks will be set up at the Onigiri Maru Square to hold the AO-AKA PARK event.

Q3. Can I bring in drinks and food containing alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. In order to comply with stadium etiquette, we ask that you refrain from drinking inside the stadium. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.


Q4. Are there any food and drink vendors inside the stadium?
A4. Stadium shops are open for business. However, alcohol is not sold. Please check the official homepage for store locations.

Q5. Is there a merchandise store?
A5. The merchandise store will be open for business, but sales will be reduced in scale compared to normal times.

Please also consider using the official online shop to avoid congestion.

Q6. Is there a gachagacha?
A6. We sell gachapon, but instead of selling them through regular machines, our staff will hand them to you. Also, please refrain from exchanging items or any other activities that may cause close contact.
