Regarding spectator manners for the match against Oita on June 27 (Sunday)

In the case of a strict security system and during matches under strict security measures, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures".

The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.

* Construction related to the preparations for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics has already begun. There may be areas that are inaccessible and leftover equipment and materials that may cause inconvenience and trouble for everyone, so we ask for your understanding in advance.



□ Requirements for All Visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is difficult for you to come.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If someone in your household or close acquaintances is suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions subject to government entry restrictions or quarantine within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of such areas
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (or less than 10 days from symptom onset even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.
(2) Please do not shake hands or hug.
(3) Maintain social distancing (when entering/exiting, lining up for restrooms, etc.).
* Restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded especially just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times inside the stadium.
* As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear masks as an infection prevention measure even after vaccination.
* Staff will remind those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing masks, according to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (regarding infants and children, question 12). Mask wearing is recommended for preschool children aged 2 and above, but if masks are worn, guardians and surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition. If the child is unwell or cannot wear a mask continuously, do not force them to wear one. If masks are not worn, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with the guardians.
* If you remove your mask to prevent heatstroke, please pay close attention to social distancing and cough etiquette.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
* From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) if possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly forbidden. If found, it will be confiscated (no returns).


□New Items to Bring When Watching
Please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket when coming to the stadium.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be permitted if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection.
(3) We will not organize a waiting line to secure entry order before the venue opens.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
The gate opening time is generally 90 minutes before kick-off, but it may change, so please check the official homepage for confirmation.
*Please arrive with plenty of time to help disperse the crowd.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.
(4) To avoid crowding, please use the gates below according to your seat type as much as possible. (See the diagram below)

(5) Re-entry will be conducted by the following methods.
① When exiting the stadium at the gate, please be sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate, and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once your re-entry card has been confirmed.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 4, Back Gate 3 (see above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 17:30) until halftime
(6) There will be no regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering your exit times.
Please understand and cooperate in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.

□Events and Stalls
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
* Information about the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.
(2) Greeting of the mascot outside the venue and in the concourse is not allowed.
* Details about mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.
(3) Sales of food and beverages (excluding alcohol) will be conducted.
* Alcohol sales are not conducted. Additionally, bringing in alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If discovered, it will be confiscated. (No returns)
* Information about the food and beverage vendors will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.
(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
* The stores where this will be implemented will be announced on the official homepage and other platforms.
(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.

□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (sitting next to someone without spacing, moving to the front of the stand to shout at players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).
(2) There are no visitor seats available. Please note that those who support the visiting team cannot attend. Additionally, entry, viewing, and cheering while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is not permitted, so please be aware of this in advance.
(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(4) In groups of five or more, seating next to each other is possible at the discretion of the host club (if seats in the rows before and after are left empty). However, FC Tokyo continues to maintain spacing between attendees to prevent the spread of infections and avoid conflicts among visitors.


□Cheering Style

The following actions are prohibited:
・Inciting cheers
・Use of megaphones including tramegas
・Drums and other noise-making instruments
・High-fives and shoulder linking
・Cheering with big flags
・Actions that disturb other guests, such as displaying gate flags in seats
・Standing while watching
*Applause and hand clapping are permitted.
*The use of noise-making instruments that can be struck at your seat, such as drums and cheering paper fans, may be allowed at the discretion of the host club; however, FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions to prevent the spread of infection and avoid troubles among attendees.

□Regarding the display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) have been decided. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated areas. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

【Banner Display Time】
For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" 120 minutes before the gates open.
For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, it is possible to display banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.


□ Regarding the impact of preparations for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics
There are some construction and restricted areas around the stadium perimeter, concourse, and stands. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the differences from normal match operations as outlined below, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Outside Stadium】
・Usage Restrictions of Ajipanda Square
Passage through Ajipanda Square is not allowed.
・Some usage area restrictions in Onigiri Maru Square
AO-AKA PARK will be held, but there are some restricted areas.
It is possible to pass through from the East Gate to the West Gate, but there are some areas that are narrow.

・North Parking Lot Usage Restrictions
General use for this match is not available.


【Concourse】
・Main Gates 1 and 2
Equipment will be installed for use at the Olympics.
・Main entrance M7-9, next to the slope of back gate 2
There is a prefabricated installation.
・Racks and cables have been partially installed.
※Please refrain from any actions that may lead to entry into or damage to the installations.


【Seats】
・Some usage restrictions in the upper area on the main side
No sales for SS reserved seats.

□Other Prohibited Items
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its surroundings. Please adhere to the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Soccer Match Management Regulations, as well as the J.League Guidelines for COVID-19 Response.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1.5,000 person limit matches will not have shuttle bus services. Please use the regular bus.

Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. We will hold AO-AKA PARK with 7 food trucks at Onigiri Maru Square.

Q3. Is it allowed to bring in food or drinks that contain alcohol?
A3. The bringing of alcohol is prohibited. To ensure compliance with viewing manners inside the stadium, we kindly ask that drinking alcohol is not allowed within the venue. The bringing of food and beverages other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q4. Are there food and beverage stalls inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium shop is open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Please check the official homepage for the operating stores.

Q5. Is there a merchandise store?
A5. The merchandise store will be open, but sales will be conducted on a smaller scale than usual.

Please consider using the official online shop to avoid close contact.

Q6. Is there a gacha machine?
A6. Gachagacha is available for sale, but it will not be sold through the usual machines; instead, products will be handed over by staff. Additionally, please refrain from activities that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
