Hokkaido (1 team), Tohoku (3 teams), Kanto (11 teams), Hokushinetsu (3 teams), Tokai (3 teams), Kansai (4 teams), Chugoku (2 teams), Shikoku (1 team), Kyushu (4 teams)


Tournament Format
32 teams will be divided into 8 groups, A to H, and will compete in the group stage. The top 2 teams from each group, a total of 16 teams, will advance to the knockout stage.
The knockout stage draw will be conducted by randomly selecting the first and second place teams after the end of the third day of the group stage matches.
