Hokkaido (2 teams), Tohoku (3 teams), Kanto (15 teams), Hokushinetsu (4 teams), Tokai (6 teams), Kansai (7 teams), Chugoku (3 teams), Shikoku (2 teams), Kyushu (6 teams)
Tournament Format
48 teams will be divided into 12 groups from A to L, and the group stage will be held. The top 2 teams from each group and the top 8 teams from the 3rd place in each group will advance to the knockout stage.
The knockout stage draw will be conducted by randomly selecting the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams after the 3rd day of the group stage, in which 3 matches will be played.
