FC Tokyo will introduce a tryout service starting from the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 28 match against Kashiwa Reysol on September 12 (Sunday), 2021 (kickoff at 19:00 / Ajinomoto Stadium), allowing you to re-purchase tickets for a different seat even after purchase using QR tickets bought through J League Ticket (credit card payment only).

□What you can do with the seat change (upgrade) service
①Ticket upgrade
Example: If you change from a home seat (2,600 yen) to a main S designated seat (5,500 yen), you will need to pay the difference of 2,900 yen and a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket to make the change.

②Seat change within the same grade
Example: If you purchased a ticket in a Main S seat close to the pitch but wish to change to a seat with a roof due to weather conditions on the match day, you can change your seat by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket.

③ Adding Purchase Quantity and Changing Previously Purchased Seats
Example: If you purchased one ticket for the back seats but want to buy additional tickets for companions in adjacent seats, you can change your previously purchased seats and make the additional purchase by paying the seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket and the additional purchase amount of 3,400 yen.

□ Regarding the Acceptance Period for Seat Change Service
The seat change service is available from 8:00 on the advance sale date until the opening time on the day of the match.
Please check the game information for each match for gate opening times and other details.

□Notes
Refunds for reduced ticket quantities, downgrades, or differences in price for purchased tickets are not possible.

*Seat change unit: You cannot use the service if the number and amount of tickets purchased is not met.
Example: If you purchase 2 tickets for 2,000 yen each (total 2 tickets for 4,000 yen)
A. Change to 3 tickets for 3,000 yen: ○
B. Change to 2 tickets for 2,000 yen: ○
C. Change to 1 ticket for 4,000 yen: × (changing from 2 tickets to 1 ticket)
D. Change to 2 tickets for 1,500 yen: × (changing from 4,000 yen to 3,000 yen)
*User fee: A seat change fee of 110 yen per seat will be charged.
Tickets purchased with J Ticket coupons, campaigns, etc. cannot be used.
* Tickets obtained through club support member benefits, corporate select tickets, discounted sales, and invitation plans are not eligible. Additionally, some seat types, such as pitchside seats, are also excluded, so please be aware of this in advance.
