□What you can do with the seat change (upgrade) service
①Ticket upgrade
Example: If you change from a home seat (2,600 yen) to a main S designated seat (5,500 yen), you can pay the difference of 2,900 yen and a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket to make the change.

②Change of seats in the same grade
Example: If you purchased tickets in a location close to the pitch in the Main S section, but would like to change to a seat under the roof due to weather forecast on the day of the match, you can change your seat by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket.

③ Adding the number of tickets purchased and changing the seats purchased in advance
Example: If you purchased one back seat and want to purchase additional tickets for your companions to sit together, you can change the seats you purchased in advance by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket and an additional purchase of 3,400 yen.

□ About the reception period for seat change service
Seat change service is available from 8:00 on the pre-sale date until the opening time on the day of the match.
Please check the game information for each game for opening hours, etc.

※The number of purchased tickets cannot be reduced, downgraded, or refunded for the difference.
※Target tickets: QR tickets only (credit card payment only)
※Unit for changing seats: If the number of tickets purchased or the amount paid is less than the required amount, the service cannot be used.
Example: If you purchase 2 seats for 2,000 yen each (total of 4,000 yen)
A. Change to 3 seats for 3,000 yen each: ○
B. Change to 2 seats for 2,000 yen each: ○
C. Change to 1 seat for 4,000 yen: × (since it becomes 1 seat from 2 seats)
D. Change to 2 seats for 1,500 yen each: × (since it becomes 3,000 yen from 4,000 yen)
※User handling fee: 110 yen/seat will be charged as a seat change fee.
※Tickets purchased through J Ticket Coupon or campaigns cannot be used.
※Club Support Member Benefits Tickets, Corporate Select Tickets, and tickets obtained through preferential sales and invitation plans are not eligible. Please note that some seat types, such as pitch-side seats, are also not eligible.
