Regarding Viewing Manners for the Sapporo Match on 9/5 (Sunday)

In the case of strict security measures and matches under strict security conditions, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League Guidelines for COVID-19 Response" as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.

Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, there may be sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.




□Requirements for all attendees
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is difficult for you to do so.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste and smell)
・If there are suspected cases of infection among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to or had close contact with residents of countries or regions that have entry restrictions or require observation periods after entry imposed by the government within the past 14 days.
・If you have a history of positive PCR test and fall under the following categories:
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved, but less than 10 days from the onset date)
② For asymptomatic individuals, less than 10 days after a positive PCR test

(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, or similar gestures.

(3) Please maintain social distance. (During entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
※Please avoid using the restrooms and concession stands, especially just before the match starts and during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.

(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
Announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare states that even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear a mask as a preventive measure against infection.
* Those who are not wearing masks will be approached by staff, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Children under 2 years old can enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended; however, if a mask is worn, parents and surrounding adults should ensure they pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is unwell or if it is difficult for them to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in implementing infection prevention measures, such as maintaining social distance.
* If you remove your mask for heatstroke prevention, please be mindful of social distancing and cough etiquette.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible for infection prevention.

(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
* In the unlikely event of discovery, we will collect it. (No returns)

□ Items to bring for new viewing
When coming to the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□ Entry and exit to the stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees or higher.
Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied, so please understand in advance. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently.

(3) There will be no organization of waiting lines to secure entry order before the venue opens.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
The gate opening time is 90 minutes before the match starts, but it may change.
If there are any changes, we will notify you on the official homepage.
*Please arrive with plenty of time to help disperse the crowd.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.

(4) Please enter through the gates below according to your seat type. (See the diagram below)
Due to the structure of the stadium, please note that you cannot pass through the concourse.
・Central Gate: Main SS Reserved Seats, Main S Reserved Seats, Main North Reserved Seats, Main South Reserved Seats
・Gate 6: Back Seats (South Side), Back Center Seats
・Gate 7: Back Seats (North Side), Pitch Side Seats
・Gate 8: Home Seats
*Gate 5 will not be opened.


(5) Re-entry will be allowed at each gate.
Only Gate 8 (home seats) will have a re-entry gate on the back stand side, different from the entrance gate.
When leaving the stadium, please be sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate. We will provide you with a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once the re-entry card has been confirmed.
Re-entry hours: From gate opening (scheduled for 16:30) until halftime

(6) We will not implement regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering times.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.

□Events and Vendors
(1) Events will be conducted with careful consideration of social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(2) Greeting of the mascot outside the venue and in the concourse is not allowed.
※Details about mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(3) Sales of food and beverages (excluding alcohol) will be conducted.
※Alcohol sales are not conducted. Additionally, bringing alcohol is prohibited.
Drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If discovered, it will be confiscated. (No returns)
* Information about the food and beverage vendors will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
*The stores where sales will be conducted will be announced on the FC Tokyo Official Homepage and other platforms.

(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.

□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the event is prohibited.
※Sit next to each other without spacing, move to the front of the stand to cheer for the players, move to a dry area in case of rain, etc.

(2) There are no visitor seats available.
Those who support the visiting team are not allowed to attend, so please understand. Entry, viewing, and cheering while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise are not permitted, so please be aware in advance.
(3) Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.

(4) Seating will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in front, behind, and on both sides.
There are some seats in the stadium that overlap slightly in the front and back. Thank you for your understanding.


(5) For this match, we will install "standing seats" due to the structure of the stadium.
We will ensure a spacing of at least 1 meter on both sides for sales.


□Cheering Style


The following actions are prohibited.
・Encouraging support
・Cheering with voices, such as singing and whistling
・Waving or spinning towels, scarves, and large flags
・Using megaphones, including toramegas
・Percussion instruments like drums
・High fives and arm linking
・Support using big flags
・Actions that disturb other guests, such as displaying gate flags in seats
・Standing while watching (excluding home standing areas)
*Guests in areas other than standing areas must be seated while watching.
*Applause and clapping are permitted.
*The use of percussion instruments that can be played at your seat, such as drums and cheering paper fans, may be allowed at the discretion of the host club, but FC Tokyo continues to prohibit them to prevent the spread of infection and avoid conflicts among attendees.


□Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them in areas other than the specified locations. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

【Banner Display Time】
For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather in front of Gate 8, 120 minutes before the opening.
For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, displaying banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open is also permitted.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.

□Other Prohibited Items
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・Those without tickets should not come to the stadium or its surroundings.
Please comply with the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Soccer Match Management Regulations, as well as the J.League Guidelines for COVID-19 Response.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. Shuttle buses will operate from JR Hiratsuka Station and Odakyu Isehara Station.
Hiratsuka Station: Approximately every 10 minutes from 16:00
*Departure intervals may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Isehara Station: One bus will operate at 16:30

Q2. Will there be food trucks?
A2. We will have 15 food trucks near the Oike area of Hiratsuka City General Park. Details will be announced on the official homepage as soon as they are decided.

Q3. Can I bring food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure proper viewing manners within the stadium, we will not allow drinking inside. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q4. Are there food and drink vendors inside the stadium?
A4. Stadium vendors will be operating. However, alcoholic beverages will not be sold. The operating stores will be announced on the official homepage.

Q5. Are there merchandise shops?
A5. Merchandise will be sold near the Oike area of Hiratsuka City General Park. Please note that there will be no in-stadium shops. To avoid crowding, please consider using the official online shop.

Q6. Are there gacha machines?
A6. Similar to the merchandise shop, they will be sold near the Oike area of Hiratsuka City General Park. There will be no sales inside the stadium.
Instead of regular vending machines, products will be handed out by staff. Additionally, please refrain from actions that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
