FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Beginner Class for Men and Women)" and "Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class" in October 2021. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class for those people.

"Adult Futsal Class (Beginner Class for Men and Women)"
*This beginner class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from joining.
"Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class"
*The Over 50 class is for men over 50 years old. All levels are welcome, and we will have fun playing futsal together. This class is relaxed and easy, so if you want to play more seriously, please refrain from joining.
※Women-only classes are open to anyone over the age of 18, but for those over 50, training and games will be separated by gender, although the content will be the same.

Men and women super beginner class: For men and women over 18 years old who are super beginners
Over 50 futsal class: For men over 50 years old (please refrain from participating if you are competitive)

Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following manner.
・Warm-up (We will loosen up our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on the basics of stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we learned in Training 1)
・Game (Small-sided games, such as 5 vs 5)
*This is a beginner-friendly class, so the main focus will be on basic training. Even those who have never kicked a ball before or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

※Payment for participation
・Payment for participation will be made on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) by cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before.
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

Facility Usage
[Facility Notes]
・We will check your health condition, such as taking your temperature, when entering the building.
・Please fill in the visitor list for COVID-19 infection prevention measures (name, contact information, facility used, etc.)
・Please wear a mask for all visitors.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gym.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes cannot enter the building.

[About Use of Changing Room]

・Please make sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, training shoes, and no spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles and a flat design) if possible.
・Please cooperate as we will disinfect the soles of your shoes at the reception.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Personal information such as your address and name will be used for contacting you regarding this matter and providing information related to FC Tokyo.
