(1) "Let's Learn About Our Bodies! Body Composition Measurement"
Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we will measure muscle mass and body fat. Based on the measured values, we will provide an advice sheet on weight and body composition management methods for maintaining and improving health.


(2) "Challenge the Athlete! Physical Fitness Test"
We will conduct a vertical jump measurement. Let's understand your physical fitness while comparing it with the athlete's values!
