We will use a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody) to measure muscle mass and body fat. Based on the measured values, we will provide you with an advice sheet on how to manage your weight and body composition for maintaining and improving your health.


(2)"Athlete Challenge! Physical Fitness Test"
We will be conducting a vertical jump test. Let's find out our own physical fitness by comparing it with the athletes' numbers!
