We have updated information regarding alcohol sales and bringing in your own.



Regarding matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League COVID-19 Response Guidelines" as measures against the novel coronavirus infection.
The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.


□Requirements for All Attendees
(1) If you are unable to attend, please have the courage to refrain from coming.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the last 14 days, or if you have had close contact with residents of those areas
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved, but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② For asymptomatic individuals, less than 10 days since a positive PCR test.

(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance. (During entry and exit, in line for the restroom, etc.).
※Especially the restrooms and concession stands just before the match starts and during halftime will be crowded, so please use them at different times if possible.

(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
Announcement from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare states that even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear a mask as a preventive measure against infection.
*Staff will approach those who are not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Children under 2 years old can enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if a mask is worn, parents and surrounding adults should pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is unwell or if it is difficult for them to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures, such as social distancing, along with the parents.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible for infection prevention.

(6)Alcohol will be sold.
By consuming alcohol, you may become more boisterous and prone to raising your voice, which could increase the risk of infection. Therefore, we kindly ask those who consume alcoholic beverages to refrain from speaking loudly and to avoid causing inconvenience to other attendees, as we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.
Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each concession stand.
Please transfer the contents of the bottle and can into a paper cup.


□New Items to Bring When Watching
Please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket when coming to the stadium.
・Mask
・Handkerchief


□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
Even if entry is denied, refunds will not be issued, so please understand this in advance. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently.

(3) There will be no organization of waiting lines to secure entry order before the venue opens.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
The gate opening time is 120 minutes before the match starts, but it may change, so please check the official homepage.
*Please arrive with plenty of time to help disperse the crowd.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.

(5) Re-entry will be conducted by the following method.
When exiting the stadium at the gate, please be sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate, and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once your re-entry card has been confirmed.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 4, Kitakami Gate 1, Back Gate 1 (see above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime

(6) There will be no enforced exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering your time.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.


□Events and Stalls
(1) Events will be conducted with careful consideration of social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(2) Greeting of the mascot outside the venue and in the concourse is not allowed.
※Details about mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.
We will provide information about the food and beverage vendors on the official homepage and other platforms.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
*The stores where sales will be conducted will be announced on the FC Tokyo Official Homepage and other platforms.

(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.


□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the match is prohibited.
Do not sit next to each other without spacing, move to the front of the stand to cheer for the players, or move to a dry area during rain, etc.

(2) The lower home seats and lower visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering.

The standing area (lower home free seats) does not require standing. It is an area where you do not tell those standing to "please sit down." Standing while watching is prohibited in other areas.


(3) Watching the game while wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the areas below.

Note: The main SS designated seats on the south side and the main S designated seats on the south side are mixed areas.
* The types of seats where you can wear the visiting team's uniform and goods, as well as support the visiting team, are the three types: "Main SS Reserved Seats South Side," "Main S Reserved Seats South Side," and "Visitor Seats." All other seat types are designated for FC Tokyo supporters.

(4) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.

(5) In accordance with the J-League's guidelines for COVID-19, please take your seats in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in all directions.



Support Style


(1) The following actions are prohibited.
・Encouraging support (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Support by singing or vocal encouragement, whistling
・Waving or spinning towels, scarves, and large flags
・Use of megaphones including loudspeakers
・High fives, linking arms
・Support using big flags
・Actions that disturb other customers, such as displaying gate flags in seats
・Watching while standing (excluding lower home seats and lower visitor seats)
※Applause and hand clapping are permitted.

(2) Regarding the Use of Noisemakers
・Available instruments: Drums only (no instruments other than drums can be used)
・Seats where drums can be used:

□Regarding the display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) have been decided. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated areas. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the gates open.
For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, so please be aware of this in advance. Additionally, banners (flags, streamers) can be displayed after the gates open.

* The use of duct tape for attaching banners is prohibited.



□ Other Prohibited Items
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・Those without tickets should not come to the stadium or its surroundings.
We kindly ask you to comply with the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Soccer Match Management Regulations, as well as the J.League New Coronavirus Infection Response Guidelines.


□ Q&A
Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. Currently under adjustment. We will inform you on the official homepage as soon as details are decided.

Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. We plan to hold AO-AKA PARK with 15 food trucks at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square.


Q3. Can I bring food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is allowed. However, as with normal times, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.


Q4. Are there food and beverage stalls inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium shop is open. Please check the official homepage for the operating stores.


Q5. Are there merchandise shops?
A5. The merchandise store will be open, but sales will be conducted on a smaller scale than usual.
Please consider using the official online shop to avoid close contact.


Q6. Are there gacha machines?
A6. Gachapon are available for sale. Please refrain from activities that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
