FC Tokyo will hold a soccer tournament for 6th graders, "FC Tokyo Winter Cup 2021 presented by Sieg Corporation."
For the first time, we will hold a tournament aimed at 6th graders from youth teams and club teams active in Tokyo, to create memories of their soccer life during a time when many tournaments and matches were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Providing a tournament and match opportunities for 6th grade elementary school students whose tournaments or matches were canceled or postponed, and creating memorable soccer experiences for the 6th graders.

* This tournament is not an overnight stay event. It is a two-day tournament with day trips.

□ Eligibility
・Teams mainly composed of 6th graders from youth clubs or club teams active in Tokyo
・Teams that have completed the prescribed application procedures
・Teams where all members have joined sports injury insurance
・Teams that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule (including reserve days)
・Participants who have obtained parental consent to participate
・Teams that agree to the tournament organizer’s policies and instructions (such as infection control measures)
・Teams generally composed of 8 or more (up to 16) players

10,000 yen (tax included) / team
□ Tournament Format
・Rules based on the Japan Football Association competition regulations.
・Day 1: League matches with 4 teams per block
Day 2: League matches with 3 teams per ranking and ranking matches
・Each match consists of two 15-minute halves (total 30 minutes) with a 5-minute halftime break.
・Pitch size is basically 68m × 50m.
・Refereeing is done by one referee, with mutual refereeing by competing teams.
・The ball used is size 4, provided by the organizer.
・Player registration per team is up to 16 players.
・Each team is scheduled to play 3 matches per day.
(Training matches and friendly matches are not allowed)
