Although the 2021 season is not yet over, we would like to inform you that the number of restricted matches for the home games of the 2021 season has been confirmed, and we will be processing refunds for annual tickets as follows.

Refund notifications will be sent out via email sequentially starting in the morning, so the emails are expected to be completed for all eligible recipients by November 16 (Tuesday).
* Refund procedures will be available until December 24 (Friday) at 23:59. Please note that if the deadline is missed, the rights will expire and the refund will be forfeited.
【Step 1】
Please log in using the URL provided in the email.
Starting from November 16 (Tuesday) at 10:00, we will sequentially send the necessary emails for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp". Please log in using the URL provided in the email.
The URL listed is different for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make any mistakes during the procedure.
* It will be sent to the registered email address as of Oct 29 (Fri).
*If you have domain settings, please disable them so that you can receive emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
* There may be cases where emails are delivered to the spam folder, so if you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder as well.
<About Login ID and Password>
The login ID is set to "to(lowercase letters)+your SOCIO number".
(Example) For SOCIO number 00000 → to00000
The password is set to "the postal code of your registered address as of Oct 29 (Fri) (without hyphens)".

* If you enter the login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please contact us by entering the necessary information in [Inquiries about Refunds].

Please confirm your deposit.
If you complete the procedures up to step ② on weekdays between 8:50 AM and 2:30 PM, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
If there is an error in the "transfer account" or similar, you will receive an email requesting the re-registration of your account information, so please proceed with the registration of your account information again.
