[Repost][Important] Notice Regarding 2021 Season Ticket Refund Procedures

The refund period is until 23:59 on December 24th (Friday).If the refund period has passed, the right to a refund will expire and it will be treated as a refund refusal.
If you wish to receive a refund, please be sure to complete the procedure within the specified period.Due to accounting procedures, we are unable to accept refund requests after the deadline, so please understand in advance.



Thank you very much for your support and encouragement for FC Tokyo.
Although the 2021 season is not over yet, we would like to inform you that the number of restricted games for the 2021 season has been determined, so we will refund the annual tickets as follows.

□Target
Those who have purchased annual tickets for the 2021 season and wish to receive a refund

□Refund period
November 16 (Tue) to December 24 (Fri) 23:59
※Refund start time will be sequentially distributed by email from the morning, and it is scheduled to be completed by November 16th (Tuesday) for those who are eligible.
※Refund procedures will be available until 23:59 on December 24th (Friday). Please note that if the deadline is missed, the rights will expire and the refund will be declined.

[Step 1]
Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
We will send you the necessary email for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp" starting at 10:00 on November 16 (Tuesday). Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
The URL provided will vary for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make a mistake when proceeding with the procedure.
※Sent to the registered email address as of Oct 29 (Fri).
※Please allow emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp" if you have set up your domain.
※Please also check your spam folder as the email may be delivered there.

Login ID and Password
The login ID is set to "to (lowercase) + your SOCIO number".
(Example) If SOCIO number is 00000 → to00000
The password is set to "Postal code (without hyphen) of your registered address as of October 29 (Fri)".
(Example) In the case of postal code 182-0034 → 1820034
※If you enter your login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please fill out the necessary information and contact us at [Inquiries Regarding Refunds].

[Step 2]
Please register your refund account information after logging in.
Please register the refund account information for the annual ticket refund on the page after logging in. Please make sure there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".
※The deadline for the procedure is December 24th (Friday) 23:59.

[Step 3]
Please confirm your deposit.
Complete the procedure up to step 2 by 8:50-14:30 on weekdays to receive same-day transfer. If the procedure is completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
※If there is an error in the "Transfer destination account" or other information, you will receive a request email to re-register your account information. Please proceed with the account information registration again.


If you do not receive the email by November 18 (Wed), please access the following URL and fill in the necessary information, and contact us through the inquiry form. (Please include your "SOCIO number" and "unreceived email" in the question content with the subject "FC Tokyo refund")

Thank you very much for choosing to decline the refund.
There will be no application of the donation deduction from the Sports Agency that was established as a special measure for the 2020 season for the 2021 season. Therefore, please understand that we will not be sending certificates to those who have declined refunds.
In addition, please note that those who have selected to decline the refund will not receive the "Refund Email" mentioned above, so please understand.
