Please note that due to the facilities and measures to prevent the spread of infection, we will limit attendance to 100 people.

□ Notes for Application
- Please refrain from applying if you have had a fever since Nov 9 (Tue).
- Before applying, please make sure to read and agree to the notes for the day below.
- Only one application per member is allowed. (Multiple applications will be invalidated.)
- Only the registered member may participate.
- The practice start time may change suddenly. In that case, the event time will also change accordingly. We will notify you by email to the address provided at application if the start time changes.
- If the practice is canceled suddenly, this event will also be canceled. Please understand in advance. In case of cancellation, we will notify you by email to the address provided at application.

□ Notes for the Day
- Accompanying persons (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Only the selected member may participate. * Please note that we cannot take care of children during the observation.
- Wearing a mask is mandatory during the practice observation (face shields or mouth guards alone are not allowed).
- Please refrain from coming if you have a fever or feel unwell on the day.
(If it is obvious that you are unwell during observation, you may be refused entry.)
・There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・We will specify the location for your visit in advance.
・Please note that there are no chairs provided at the viewing area. However, you are welcome to bring your own portable chairs. (Spreading out mats such as vinyl sheets is not allowed.)
・Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
・The event will proceed in rainy weather. There is no roof at the viewing area, so please bring your own rain gear.
・There are no indoor resting areas. Please prepare your own cold weather measures.
・Cheering or calling out to players is prohibited. Support for players is limited to applause only before and after practice.
・There will be no interaction with players after practice. Additionally, we will not accept gifts for players, so please understand this in advance.

Regarding Photography on the Day
・On the day, personal photography and videography for enjoyment is allowed.
・Posting photos and videos before and after practice on social media is allowed. However, posting photos and videos related to practice on the day of the open event, as well as any text regarding practice (such as practice content, members, and the state of Kodaira Ground) on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram is prohibited. If such posts are found later, future events of this kind may not be held, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
