□Q&A about the 2022 Annual Ticket
Q1. If I purchase a "Home Free Seat" or "Back Free Seat" and choose the [Advance Seating Method], is it possible to sit next to family or friends who also purchased an annual ticket?
A. There is a section in the "Survey form to answer desired areas, etc." where you can indicate your seating preferences. If you fill that out, we will confirm your requests and arrange the seating accordingly.
If you are watching with family or friends who are not annual ticket holders, please check [Q4].
Q2. What rules determine the seating arrangement during matches with the pre-assigned seating method?
A. For designated seats, we will assign seats based on the usual seat locations and neighboring seat preferences. For free seating, we will assign seats according to the rules determined by the club based on customer requests.
Q3. If I purchase a "Home Free Seat" or "Back Free Seat" and choose the [Advance Seating Method], can I request specific seats such as the front row or aisle seats? What happens if my preferred area is already full?
A. We will provide a "Request Section" in the survey form where you can write your requests. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to limited seating. Additionally, we will ask for preferences up to the third choice, and we will assign seats within the area you indicated as your preference. If, by any chance, all three choices are filled, the club will contact you individually to ask for another preferred area.
Q4. If I choose the [Advance Seating Method], can I move to other seats only when watching with family or friends?
If you choose option A. [Advance Seating Method], your seat for the entire year will be determined at the beginning of the season, and you cannot move to a different seat as an annual ticket holder. If you wish to move to another seat only when watching the game with family or friends, we recommend purchasing separate tickets and listing your annual ticket seat on the official resale.

Q5. Will there be SOCIO advance sales for the 2022 season?
→A. In the 2022 season, SOCIO members will be able to purchase tickets first through the SOCIO pre-sale.
Q6. I do not wish to auto-renew, but can I purchase the same seat as last year?
A. For seat types with the right to the same seat (pair seats, main SS, main S, back center UF, back center), if you complete your application and payment by 12/21 (Tuesday), the same seat will be secured even if you do not wish to continue automatically.
Q7. Can I change from [Advance Seating Method] to [Refund Method] or from [Refund Method] to [Advance Seating Method] after purchase?
A. Changes cannot be made after purchase, so please make sure to check the details carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Q8. How do I continue with the pair seats?
A. The 2022 season is also in a waitlist status, so for everyone who purchased for the 2021 season, we will send a separate application form necessary for continuation, so please proceed with the continuation process from there.

Starting from the 2022 season, both the "2022 Annual Ticket" and the "2022 Club Support Member" will be automatically renewed.

<Confirmation Procedure>
①Access the above URL and log in with the J.League ID linked to SOCIO or Club Support Members.
②Display the card of the member information you want to confirm (SOCIO or Club Support Member) and select "Member Menu".
③Select "Member Information Inquiry" and check the section for "【SOCIO・CSM】Automatic Renewal".
④If "Yes" → wish to continue automatically.
If "No" or "No Response" → do not wish to continue automatically.
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, please do so on the "Automatic Renewal Details and Change Confirmation Page" that will open on Dec 1 (Wed). Those who did not wish for automatic renewal at the time of application for the 2021 season cannot change to wish for automatic renewal at this time.
The 2022 annual tickets will go on sale amid the uncertain outlook due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the sales will be conducted in a different manner than usual.
Please be sure to check this page and the annual ticket details page, and proceed with the various procedures after agreeing to them.
For various announcements, the WEB page will have the latest information, and the announcements included in the blue-red communication scheduled for shipment in December may change depending on the situation. * The method of entry and refund eligibility for "remote matches" and "restricted matches" varies depending on the purchase method, so please check the details below regarding 【pre-assigned seating method and refund method】.
□ Main changes for the 2022 season
Change 1 You will need to choose either the "pre-assigned seating method" or the "refund method".
The 2021 season tickets were sold using the "refund method", but based on the survey results provided by SOCIO members, we will offer both the "pre-assigned seating method" and the "refund method" for the 2022 season.
Based on the J.League's guidelines for COVID-19 measures, when matches are held with capacity restrictions regarding the number of attendees and seating, you will need to choose either the "pre-arranged seating method" or the "refund method" before applying for your annual ticket rights.
[Regarding the Pre-Seat Assignment Method and Refund Method]
[For those who purchased "Home Free Seats" and "Back Free Seats" with the pre-assigned seating method]
In the case of a match with limited attendance where all seats are reserved, please take your seat as indicated on the seat sticker that has been pre-assigned. After your application, there will be a URL for a survey form in the payment completion email where you can indicate your preferred area and adjacent seat requests, so please let us know your preferences from there.
* Please note that the seat location will be determined by the club, so we cannot accommodate specific seat requests.

Change Point ②New Main SSS Reserved Seats will be established.
・The main S designated seats in the lower level of the main stand (north side and south side) will consist of a total of four blocks, two blocks each, closer to the center.
・The two blocks on the north side (from the home side) will be sold as annual tickets.
・You will be able to watch from the same seat with priority in the following years.
・Due to limited seating, tickets will be sold through a lottery among annual ticket purchasers. For those who wish to apply, please select a seat type other than the Main SSS designated seat and indicate your preference for the Main SSS designated seat in the "Request Section". (Applicable to those who make payment by December 21 (Tuesday))
We will contact only the winners in December.

Change ③ The annual ticket price will be reduced and sold from the 2021 season.
※U-18: For those under 18 years old (those born on or after January 1, 2004)

□ In the case of "Remote Match" or "Limited Match"
The matches eligible for refunds will differ depending on the "Advance Seating Method" or "Refund Method" selected when purchasing the annual ticket. For details, please check above, 【About Advance Seating Method and Refund Method】.
・Refund amount per match
(Annual ticket price - Annual ticket operating cost) ÷ Number of matches eligible for annual ticket × Number of matches eligible for refund
We will refund the amount deducted from the selling price as a uniform "5,800 yen" for the annual ticket operating cost.
* Refunds will be processed in a lump sum after the end of the season.
※Regardless of seat type/ticket type/continuation period, the operating cost will be uniform.
* No return is required for various benefits of the annual ticket.
・If a limited match with the "pre-assigned seating method" is applied
Regardless of the spacing of other seat types, home seats and home UF designated seats will be seated in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in front, back, left, and right.
・If a limited match with fewer than 10,000 people is held
Regardless of the purchase method, refunds will be applicable, and refunds will be processed in a lump sum after the season ends based on the above "refund amount per match."
□ Regarding the sending of renewal notices
The sending of renewal notices has ended from the 2021 season. Please proceed with the renewal process using the J.League ID you registered for the 2021 season.
If you wish to apply by paper, please apply from the "Request for Materials" page, which is scheduled to open on Nov 30 (Tue).

□Regarding the waiting list for "pair seats"
"Pair Seats" are sold out, but if any vacancies occur during the 2022 season, priority will be given to those who continue as SOCIO members. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please indicate this in the <request section> when applying.
□ To everyone who has purchased a corporate annual ticket
Further information regarding corporate annual tickets will be provided at a later date.
