To all 2022 SOCIO Club Support Members

This is a guide for the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership cards to those who have applied for annual tickets and club support members for the 2022 season.

□ Delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following and thank you for your cooperation. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches against Júbilo Iwata on February 23 (Wednesday) and Nagoya Grampus on February 26 (Saturday) will be restricted games. Therefore, if you have chosen the "refund method", these matches will be "unable to enter with SOCIO card" and you will need to purchase tickets yourself. Please be aware of this.
'If you have selected the "pre-allocated seating" option, you can enter with your SOCIO card.'

▷Applications accepted until Dec 24, 2021 (Fri) for those who have made payment by then
⇒Annual ticket set will be sent out starting Feb 10 (Thu)
※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for your order to be shipped.
※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notification slip in your mailbox, etc. Please contact the phone number listed on the notification slip and proceed with redelivery.

▷For those who have made payment after December 25, 2021 (Sat)
⇒The tickets will be handed out at the home game venue after the Júbilo Iwata match on February 23 (Wed, holiday). Please note that it may take significantly longer to receive the tickets due to infection prevention measures, etc.
We will inform you separately about the date, time, and location of the pick-up.
