[Beginner Class]
This class is designed for beginners and women to participate with peace of mind.
Want to have fun moving your body! Want to have fun playing soccer! This class is recommended for those who want to learn the basics of soccer at a leisurely pace.
This is for those who have no experience or have never learned soccer before, or for those who have learned but want to enjoy playing soccer.
[Advanced Class]
This is a recommended class for those who have experience in soccer and want to further improve their soccer skills and tactical knowledge.
This is for those who have experience in sports and regularly play soccer and are used to moving.
Experience the joy of soccer with your coaches and let's move our bodies together!

For men and women over 18 years old with soccer experience (for those who are competitive) / Capacity: 16 people

※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※If you arrive early, please wait outside the court instead of inside to avoid causing inconvenience to the soccer school. Please come to the rooftop during reception hours.
□Course Introduction
We will proceed with each course as follows.
Beginner Class
・Warm-up (We will loosen up our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on the basics of stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we learned in Training 1)
・Game (Small-sided games, such as 5 vs 5)
※The Beginner Class is mainly focused on basic exercises and is open to beginners and women. Even those who have never played sports before can join with confidence.
Advanced Class
・Warm-up (We will prepare our bodies and minds while communicating with each other, and then move on to Training 1)
・Training 1 (Basic = Stopping, Kicking, Carrying ~ Advanced = Perform basics when there are opponents or teammates present)
- Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1 and perform more practical things that will bring us closer to the game)
・Game (5vs5, etc.)
□Coaching Staff (Holding License)
We will implement it with a basic two-person system.
・Ryu Uchiyama (JFA Official Class C Soccer・Expected to obtain JFA Official Class B Soccer)
※Usually in charge of soccer school (FC Tokyo Chofu Tobitakyu School (Mon, Wed, Thu) ・ Kichijoji School (Tue) ・ Fukagawa School (Fri)).
・Hiroki Sakurazawa (Expected to obtain JFA Official Class C and JFA Official Class B in soccer)
※I am in charge of soccer schools (FC Tokyo Fuchu School (Sun/Thu), Kichijoji School (Tue), Kokubunji School (Wed), and Kodaira Tenjin School (Fri) on a regular basis.
・Other FC Tokyo Promotion Department Coaches
(Please note that the assigned coach may change depending on the schedule.)
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per class (including insurance and tax)
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) by cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Monday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when it becomes a lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

*After the deadline, there is a possibility of availability, so please confirm by phone (03-5600-4441).
*If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The results of the lottery will be announced by email on the Tuesday after the deadline.
*If you do not receive an email even the day after the deadline, please contact the following inquiry desk.
About Cancellation Waiting List
For those who have applied for the cancellation waiting list among those who were not selected in the lottery, we will conduct another lottery here only when there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.
□Facility Usage
・At reception, we will check your health condition, such as taking your temperature.
・We ask everyone to wear a mask at reception. Wearing a mask during play is optional.
・Please disinfect your hands at reception.
*You will not be allowed to enter if any of the following apply:
・You have a fever.
・You are not feeling well (e.g. cough, sore throat, loss of taste, etc.).
・Someone you live with or a close acquaintance is suspected of being infected.
□Other
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself. In that case, please be sure to contact us.
・Please wear athletic shoes or training shoes. Spikes are strictly prohibited.
・We will disinfect the soles of your shoes at reception, so please cooperate.
・The changing room is located on the 5th floor of Marui Kichijoji. When using lockers, please keep a distance from others and refrain from talking to other users.
・We will provide balls, so you do not need to bring your own.
・The details of this event may be posted on various advertising media, such as the FC Tokyo website, to introduce FC Tokyo's activities. Please be aware of this in advance.
・The personal information we collect may be used to provide information about FC Tokyo.
