Ticket refunds for the Júbilo Iwata match on Mar 29 (Tue) at 10:00 and the Nagoya Grampus match on Mar 30 (Wed) at 10:00 will begin on Feb 23 (Sat, Holiday) and Feb 26 (Tue), respectively.
Please confirm the following refund method again and we would appreciate it if you could take action.
The matches against Júbilo Iwata on February 23 (Wed) and Nagoya Grampus on February 26 (Sat) have been cancelled due to the suspension of team activities. We will provide information on ticket refunds.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have purchased tickets in anticipation of the match, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
※All paid tickets, parking tickets, and lunch boxes (yakiniku bishobento) exchange tickets purchased will be eligible for refunds.
※If you have selected the SOCIO pre-allocated seating method, you will not be eligible for a refund of your annual ticket and will be able to enter with your SOCIO card on the alternate date.
※Please note that the refund method may vary depending on the purchase method.
※Please be sure to follow the refund period. Please note that we will not be able to refund after the deadline, so please understand in advance.

For refunds for customers who have purchased QR tickets, we will use the remittance service of Wellnet Co., Ltd. and refunds will be made by PIA Corporation, which operates J-League tickets.
Please confirm the preparation and procedure before the start of the refund, and complete the procedure by the refund deadline. Thank you for your cooperation.
<Procedures before receiving refund notification email>
1. Please set up your email to receive emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
①Mar 23 (Wed, Holiday) Júbilo Iwata match will start accepting applications from Mar 29 (Tue) ②Mar 26 (Sat) Nagoya Grampus match will start accepting applications from Mar 30 (Wed) We will send instructions for refund procedures to the email address registered with your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
We will send it to the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date. Please note. Please set it so that you can receive the notification email, such as domain release.
※Please release the setting if the URL-linked email is being rejected.
※There is a possibility that it will be automatically sorted into spam mail on the mail server. If you have a separate folder, please also check it as there is a possibility that it is stored in a folder other than the one you normally use, such as spam mail.
※If you do not see the refund notification email even after April 1st (Friday), we apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us here.
Please include your J-League ID/User ID (required for refunds), match date, and opponent team when contacting us.
Inquiries from customers will be responded to sequentially between 11:00 and 17:00 on PIA Corporation business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and other designated holidays such as Obon and New Year's).

After receiving the notification email, please follow the instructions below.
Please check your email for two refund notifications per match.
1st notification: Notice of necessary ID and PW for refund (see below for 2. Information on necessary ID and password for refund)
2nd notification: Notice of URL for refund procedure (see below for 3. Information on URL for refund procedure)

Once the refund is ready, we will send the necessary ID and password for refund to the email address registered with your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
※The ID and password required for refunds will only be valid for this time. Please note that you cannot log in with a J-League ID.
※If you purchase multiple tickets, you will receive an ID and password for each purchase.
※Please note that your login ID and password will be locked after 3 incorrect attempts.

3. Information on the refund procedure URL
After receiving your ID for the refund, a URL for the refund procedure will be sent from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
4. After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register your account information for the refund.
"2. Guide to the necessary ID and password for refunds" After logging in with the ID and password that you have received in the "Guide to the necessary ID and password for refunds", please register the account information for the refund destination.
※Please make sure there are no mistakes in the "Transfer Amount" or "Transfer Destination Account" fields.
※If the deadline for the procedure has passed, we may not be able to process the refund. Please be sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.
5. Please confirm your payment.
"After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register the account information for the refund destination. We will deposit the amount of the purchased ticket to the bank account registered at "Please register the account information for the refund destination"."
If you complete the procedure by 8:50-14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
[Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] For those who purchased paper tickets at the store at Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket), and for those who purchased pair seats
Customers who have purchased tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) can return their tickets at the register of the store where they were purchased.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is listed on the bottom of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)
If you have not yet received your ticket, please go to the store and receive it using credit card payment.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 the day after ticket issuance.
※Please note that refunds cannot be made for tickets without stubs.

The benefit tickets you have exchanged will become invalid. If you wish to watch the game on an alternative date, please exchange the benefit tickets again.
