[Participating Teams] 
Tokyo(10),Kanagawa(10),Saitama(7),Chiba(7),Ibaraki(5),Yamanashi(3),Gunma(4),Tochigi(4),Kanto Youth (U-15) Soccer League(30) for a total of 80 teams in a knockout format. 

【Match Format】
Match time from the 1st Round to the final is 70 minutes(10-minute interval). If no winner is decided within regulation time,PK shootouts will determine the winner. 
The top 15 teams from 1st to 15th place will earn the right to participate in the 37th Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15) tournament. Teams ranked 16th to 23rd will be granted entry to the 9th JCY Intercity Trim Cup EAST.
