Starting from June 4, 2022 (Saturday), during the FC Tokyo Support Week at Keio Department Store Shinjuku, it has been found that there are some issues with certain cards from the first batch of the 2022 FC Tokyo On-Site Cards that were on sale.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to our customers who made a purchase.
For customers who have the applicable card, we will send the good product following the steps below.

□Incident
・There was a duplication or error in the card serial numbers of the following applicable players (6 players) with the 2022 FC Tokyo onsite card and N card.

□ Regarding exchange support
If you could email the photo of the relevant card you have, whether you have the original image of the back, your address, name, and contact information to the onsite card exchange counter (info@pbridge.net) or contact us via DM on the official onsite card SNS (Twitter) @all_onsite_card.
* The shipment of good products is scheduled for late June.
We will also exchange for a good product for customers with the original image on the back. (We will contact you again through the person in charge.)
* We cannot accommodate exchanges at Keio Department Store Shinjuku or the official shop. Thank you for your understanding.


□ Regarding the delay in the release at the official shop
From June 10 (Fri) onwards, the first sale planned at the official shop has also been postponed to late June.
