FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer and Futsal Class in Musashino Plaza" in July 2022. The venue will be the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza, located next to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This event will be held indoors using a size 5 soccer ball at a gymnasium. It is a beginner-friendly class for those who want to move their bodies, have fun kicking a ball, and learn the basics of soccer. We look forward to your participation.

Facility Usage
[Facility Notes]
・We will check your health condition, such as measuring your body temperature, at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Please wear a mask for all visitors.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gym.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes cannot enter the building.
・Please follow the staff's instructions.

[About Use of Changing Room]
・When using lockers, please keep a distance from others to avoid close contact.

・Please follow the instructions of other facility managers.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, training shoes, and no spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles and a flat design) if possible.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Changing rooms are available.
・In case of the spread of the new coronavirus infection, there is a possibility that the event will be canceled.
