There are no close contacts regarding this matter based on the activities and behavior history in accordance with the J-League's COVID-19 guidelines.

On July 29 (Friday), an antigen test designated by the J-League was conducted and resulted positive. A PCR test was conducted at a medical institution, which also resulted positive, confirming a positive diagnosis for COVID-19.
The individual currently has no symptoms. They are receiving treatment under appropriate measures.
On July 30 (Saturday), during the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 23 match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima (kick-off at 19:00 at EDION Stadium Hiroshima), a screening test will be conducted on the day of the match in accordance with J League regulations. In addition to the previously established entry requirements, only players and staff who test negative in the screening will be allowed to enter the match on that day.
