In matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League COVID-19 Response Guidelines" for measures against the novel coronavirus infection.
The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.
This match is not a test match for vocal support operations. Please be aware that the match will be conducted with the usual viewing etiquette.
□About the Unified Prohibited Rules of the J.League
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security for matches based on management regulations. When attending matches, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited acts within the stadium as well as the J.League Unified Prohibited Rules (J.League Common Spectator Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Match Management Regulations.
Please note that whether such acts violate the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.
* If prohibited actions defined by the management regulations or actions that pose security issues are carried out, you may be subject to expulsion or a ban on entry.
Furthermore, please be aware that entry may also be prohibited to matches at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.
□Regarding Filming and Video Usage Inside the Stadium During Match Broadcasts
Video footage taken inside the stadium (including the concourse) for the purpose of match broadcasts, etc.
(including portraits of individual attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts as described below, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use by J.League and official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video productions and various merchandise created by J.League or entities designated by J.League (including partner companies)
□Requirements for All Attendees
(1) Please refrain from attending if it is difficult for you to come, and have the courage to do so.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If you have tested positive and are under activity restrictions by medical institutions (including cases where you have tested positive before diagnosis)
・If someone in your household or close acquaintances is suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions subject to entry restrictions or observation periods by the government within the past 14 days and are under activity restrictions by public authorities
(2) Please do not shake hands or hug.
(3) Please maintain social distancing (when entering/exiting, lining up for restrooms, etc.).
※ Especially just before the match starts and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded, so please try to use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please always wear a mask inside the stadium.
※ We recommend non-woven fabric masks with high filtration efficiency.
① If you have respiratory diseases or allergies and find it difficult to wear a mask. However, please take alternative measures such as keeping distance from other attendees.
② If you remove your mask to prevent heatstroke. Refrain from talking, cheering, or shouting, and be mindful of cough etiquette. If you intend to talk, cheer, or shout, please wear a mask in advance.
③ You may remove your mask when eating or drinking, but do not talk, cheer, or shout while unmasked.
※ Staff may ask those not wearing masks for reasons other than the above to comply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

※ As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear masks as an infection prevention measure even after vaccination.

※ Infants under 2 years old may enter and watch without wearing masks, as stated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (regarding effects on infants and children, question 10). Mask-wearing is recommended for preschool children aged 2 and older, but if they wear masks, guardians and surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition. If the child is unwell or cannot wear a mask continuously, do not force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with the guardian.
(5) Please cooperate with "cough etiquette" to prevent infection from droplets caused by coughing or sneezing.
(6) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) if possible.
(7) Temperature checks are conducted at the entrance gates.
Entry will not be allowed if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
□Prohibited Items
Unless deemed necessary by the management and safety officer, please refrain from bringing prohibited items as per the J League's unified prohibitions and the items listed in the following sections into the facility.
・Bottles and Cans
Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
*Plastic bottles are allowed to be brought in.
・Items that security personnel recognize as likely to interfere with the operation or progress of other matches, or to cause inconvenience or danger to others.
□About the Entrance Waiting Line
With the establishment of the free seating area, we will organize the entrance waiting lines. Details on the implementation method will be provided as soon as they are decided.
□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Priority entry will be granted to SOCIO members and corporate season ticket holders before general admission.

(2) For a certain period after the gates open, the types of seats that can be accessed will be restricted by each gate. If you plan to enter early, please check your seat type and the gate through which you can enter.

(3) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5°C or higher.
Please note that refunds will not be provided even if admission is refused. Also, when admission is refused, we may ask for your contact information.
(4) Hand sanitizer will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring disinfectant in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently.

(6) We will not implement regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering times.
□Seating for Spectators
(1) The lower tier of the home general admission and the lower tier of the visitor general admission are standing areas where you can stand and cheer.
The standing area does not force spectators to stand. It is an area where people standing will not be asked to "please sit down." Continuous standing while watching in other areas is prohibited.
(2) Watching the game while wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas.

Note: The main SS designated seats on the south side and the main S designated seats on the south side are mixed areas.
(3) Seating in a checkerboard pattern for all areas has been completed, and seating will now be arranged more closely together.
Support Style
(1) The following cheering actions are prohibited.
・Inciting cheers (excluding leading clapping with drums)
・Cheering with voices such as singing songs, whistling
・Use of megaphones including tramagas
・High-fives, linking arms
・Cheering using big flags
*Clapping and hand clapping are allowed.
*Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose infection risks such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(2) Regarding the Use of Noise-Making Instruments
・Available instruments: Drums only (no instruments other than drums can be used)
・Seats where drums can be used: Home free seating lower level and Visitor free seating lower level
(3) Regarding the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of large flag: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
If the size of the flag part or the pole is 1 meter or more at any one point, it will be considered a large flag.
・Area where large flags can be used: Home free seating lower section and visitor free seating lower section
* Please note that it is prohibited to ensure the safety of all attendees in areas outside the designated area.
* When using large flags, please be careful of the surrounding customers.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, racist, for advertising purposes, contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.
□ Regarding the Display of Banners (Flags, Horizontal Banners, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, banners, etc.) have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the specified ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

Please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Square" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening for those preparing banners (flags, banners). Temperature checks will also be conducted for those preparing, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, so please be aware in advance. Additionally, displaying banners (flags, banners) after the opening is also possible.

Will be displayed after the gates open. Early display is not allowed.

* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.
□Prohibited Actions
Except when deemed especially necessary by the operations and safety manager, absolutely refrain from any J.League unified prohibited actions and the acts listed in the following items at any facility.
・The display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) or actions that could be perceived as defamation or discrimination is prohibited. As a matter of common sense in society and as a club, if we determine that something falls under defamation or discrimination, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, we will ask them to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, there may be a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・Use of duct tape when installing banners.
・Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.).
・Bringing in and using drums and large flags outside of the designated area.
・Actions such as "crossing over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
・Stand up from the chair or place your feet on the backrest while watching or cheering.
・Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stands.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
Acts recognized by security personnel as likely to disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or to cause inconvenience or danger to others.
□Others
・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the staff entrance.
・If you wish to leave your stroller, please inform the staff at the entrance.
・There is no general parking at Ajinomoto Stadium, so please use public transportation.
