Added information about the entrance gate and re-entry gate.
In matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League COVID-19 Response Guidelines" as measures against the novel coronavirus infection.
The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.
This match is not a test match for vocal support operations. Please be aware that the match will be conducted with the usual viewing manners.
□About the Unified Prohibited Rules of the J League
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security based on management regulations. We ask that you support the team in accordance with the spirit of fair play and adhere to the prohibited actions within the stadium as well as the J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and FC Tokyo Management Regulations.
Please note that whether the relevant actions violate the match management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J-League or each club.
If prohibited actions specified in the management regulations or actions that pose security issues are carried out, you may be subject to expulsion or a ban on entry. Furthermore, please be aware that entry may also be prohibited for matches outside the stadium where violations occurred.
□Regarding filming and use of images within the stadium during match broadcasts
Images captured inside the stadium (including the concourse) for the purpose of broadcasting the match (including individual portraits of attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other productions) may be used in whole or in part (including still images) for purposes other than match broadcasting, so please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use in J.League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video works produced by the J.League or those designated by the J.League (including partner companies) and various sales items.
□Requirements for all attendees
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is difficult.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as fever over 37.5℃, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are under behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (including cases where you tested positive before the diagnosis)
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the past 14 days, and have received behavioral restrictions from public institutions
(2) Please refrain from handshakes, hugs, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
※Especially just before the match starts and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※We recommend using non-woven fabric masks for better collection effectiveness.
※As stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure even after vaccination.
※Staff will approach those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Children under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing a mask, as per the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if they do wear one, parents and surrounding adults should ensure the child's condition is monitored closely. If the child is unwell or unable to wear a mask continuously, it is not necessary to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the help of parents.
(5) To prevent infection from droplets caused by coughing or sneezing, please cooperate with "cough etiquette."
※When coughing or sneezing, please cover your mouth and nose with a mask, tissue, handkerchief, or sleeve.
(6) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) if possible.
(7) Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gate.
You will not be allowed entry if your temperature is over 37.5℃. Thank you for your understanding.
□Prohibited Items
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please refrain from bringing prohibited items as per J-League regulations and the following items into the facility.
・Bottles and cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Other items that may disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or that security personnel deem may cause inconvenience or danger to others.
□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) All seats are reserved. There will be no organization of waiting lines to secure entry order before the opening.
Please do not form waiting lines around the stadium in advance.
The opening time is scheduled for 180 minutes before the match starts, but this may change, so please check the official homepage for confirmation.
(2) The entrance gate differs depending on the type of ticket. Please enter through the gate that corresponds to your ticket type.
Even for the same seating type, please note that the entrance gate differs depending on the north or south side and the level.

(4) Hand sanitizer will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.

□Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are reserved.
During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stands to shout at the players). Please watch the match from your own seat.
(2) The home section on the first level and the visitor section can be used as standing areas for cheering.
The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you will not ask those who are standing to "please sit down." Standing while watching is prohibited in other areas.
(3) Watching the game while wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the areas below.

Note: The main SS designated seats on the south side and the main S designated seats on the south side are mixed areas.
(4) There are traffic restrictions within the concourse.
Those wearing visitor team uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to access the North Side Stand (levels 1 to 3). Additionally, those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to access the South Side Stand (visitor seating area), so please be aware.
(5) Tickets will be sold with seats close together, except for lounge seats.
Support Style
(1) The following cheering activities are prohibited.
・Encouraging cheers (excluding leading clapping with drums)
・Cheering with voices, such as singing and whistling
・Use of megaphones including trasta
・High fives, arm linking
・Cheering with big flags
* Applause and clapping are permitted.
* Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.

(3) Regarding the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of large flag: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × at least 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
If the size of the flag part or the pole is 1 meter or more at any one point, it will be considered a large flag.

Please gather in front of the "H Gate" 120 minutes before the opening for those preparing banners (flags, banners).
For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, so please be aware of this in advance. Additionally, banners (flags, horizontal banners) can be displayed after the gates open.
(2) Visitor Team Banners
Will be displayed after the gates open. Early display is not allowed.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.
□ Prohibited Actions
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the management and safety personnel, please refrain from any actions that are universally prohibited by the J League and the following items in any facility.
・The display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) or actions that could be perceived as defamation or discrimination is prohibited. As a matter of common sense in society and as a club, if we determine that something falls under defamation or discrimination, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, we will ask them to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, there may be a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・Use of duct tape when installing banners.
・Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). For more details, please check here.
・Bringing in and using drums and large flags outside of the designated area.
・Actions such as "crossing over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
・Stand up from the chair or place your feet on the backrest while watching or cheering.
・Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stands.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
・Acts recognized by security personnel as obstructing the operation or progress of the match, or likely to cause inconvenience or danger to others.
□Others
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・We cannot store strollers. Please use the stroller parking area near the entrance gate if you arrive with a stroller. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
・There is no public parking at Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
