(1) "Learn about your body! Body composition measurement"
Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we will measure your muscle mass and body fat percentage. Based on the measured values, we will provide you with an advice sheet on how to manage your weight and body composition for maintaining and improving your health.



(2) "Challenge yourself as an athlete! Physical fitness test"
We will conduct a vertical jump test. Let's find out your physical fitness by comparing it with that of an athlete!
